Sid:  My guest Brian Lake is teaching on a subject the best way to understand the subject is to know the name of his book “Romancing the King, the Devine romance between God and man.”  And he talks about the book of Esther, but he talks about having a heart for intimacy with God.  Brian what came first, the chicken or the egg.  In other words, does God call us into intimacy or do we push for it so that we have intimacy?

Brian:  For me Sid, you know when I was a young boy, you know when I accepted Jesus Christ as my Lord and Savior you know that intimacy with Him is always available to anybody no matter where they come from, what happened to them; it doesn’t matter He created us Sid for worship and for intimacy.  He created us for someone to fellowship with and we don’t realize that the creator of the Universe desires our fellowship.  And like I said, it doesn’t matter who we are or where we came from, it’s the Creator’s desire to fellowship with us, He wants us more than we realize; and once we realize that we can have such a blessed life that where our life is you know prospering you know in the natural and spiritually just because through that intimacy with Him.  And I said earlier that as we press into Him instead of pressing into the things that we need, if we press into Him first, all those things that we need just begin to happened.  And that’s what happened in my life.

Sid:  What would you say to the person that says “Well, I work hard all day, I pray in the morning before I go to work and at night I just kind a like to relax and watch TV, not bad TV, but just just watch TV and unwind rather than spend time in intimacy with God.  Is it wrong?  What would you say?

Brian:  Well, from my opinion from my experience I cannot afford not to spend time with Him, I have to lay TV down.  I’ve been sitting watching TV for an example and God spoke to me during one of my favorite shows and says, “I want to spend time with you.”  So it’s a test to me with Him, do I really want to have a relationship with Him or would I rather feed my natural man?

Sid:  Well, it’s almost idolatry in a sense, anything that takes away from intimacy with the King.

Brian:  Absolutely, and let me share this Sid, I had a vision sometime ago where Jesus appeared to me.  I was actually sitting in my office, I was home alone by myself and had my little dog at my feet, he was setting there and I was playing on the computer and I felt this presence enter my office door and the dog felt it too because he jumped up and turned and looked.  Now in the natural I didn’t see anything, but in my Spirit I’d seen a man standing there in a white robe.  From that experience that week I had more visions actually, and Jesus appeared to me in this vision and the only way I could describe it was like it looked like a hotel room hallway where the walls were deteriorating, it smelled, it was old run down, the carpet was ugly, torn and He begins to lead me down this hallway.  And later found out that He was showing me the rooms of the heart, what’s inside our heart; what’s really inside of us.  And He took me down this hallway in this old building, opened the door of each one of these rooms and each one of these rooms was filled with something else.  One room was filled with all these TV sets, you know entertainment, and you know a lot of people fill their hearts with entertainment, watching TV, you know unbalanced.  And we went to another room and we opened the door and in that room was like a party atmosphere, people was you know drinking, and doing all these things and their just a party people, hollering and you know smoking and all this kind of stuff.  And He took me down to another room, opened that room and that door to that room there was a guy sitting in there polishing his trophies, all these awards that he won in his life.  He was you know all excited, but I remember one thing specifically, when we opened that door, Jesus opened that door, that guy turned and looked at Jesus opening that door and just smiled and grinned and turned back around and began to polish those trophies again.  Jesus was at his door of his heart but he chose you know the things of the world.  But the most profound thing that He showed me when we got at the end of the hallway after looking at all these rooms, Jesus looked at me with a tear running down His face and He said, “Brian, there’s no room in this heart for me.”  I mean He was sad, and I believe that people have filled there hearts up with so many other things that there is no room for the King of kings, now what do we have in our heart?  Do we have Jesus, I remember, actually when my son Jordan was just a young boy, probably four or five years old, he come running into my living room with a flashlight and he said, “Daddy, daddy” and he gave me the flashlight, he said, “Here look down my throat, can you see Jesus in my heart?”

Sid:  Huh!

Brian:  So it has to be that real to us that we have to put Him first.  You know the Bible says, in Psalms 27 “One thing that I desire.”  And so many people are desiring other things, and we need to desire Him first.  And I know people are probably thinking, “Well, I enjoy doing this, or I like to doing this or that, you know it would take up my time.”  But when you put Him first, He gives you those things, and they fit into your life, but we got to put Him first.

Sid:  Is it a matter of just willing to do it, I mean sometimes these habits are very strong and they’re hard to break like watching TV till you fall asleep.

Brian:  Yeah, I mean you have to have to want Him, sometimes, you know there is sometimes Sid that I just physically don’t feel like you know going to my prayer closet, so I may go in there and begin to worship Him by faith.  But it comes to a place that it breaks through, you know He’ll stand back sometimes but the bible says you know if we’ll draw near to Him He’ll draw near to us.  So sometimes we have to begin to draw near to Him and He’ll draw near to us.

Sid:  You told me about  vision of Jesus that changed your life forever, tell me about that.

Brian:  Yeah, well the rooms of the heart was one of those visions that changed my life, because when He spoke to me and showed me that when we got to the end of that hall, when He was crying with a tear running down His face I realized how important it was for Him to have our hearts.  And when I go to different places I tell the people and I see it so much that peoples’ lives are consumed with other things in this world and that’s how the devil lures us in you know he creates all these things and temps us with this stuff and you know all this stuff.  And a lot of times we take that, but He’s wanting us because I really believe you know the end times are coming sooner than we realize, and I believe through that relationship and times that we’re living in right now we have to have that intimacy with Him, we have to spend time with Him fellowshipping, create success in our life.

Sid:  But I have to ask you a question how in the world are you a father, you travel with your family, you do ministry, you don’t take any money for it and you run some businesses, how do you have time to worship God.

Brian:  Well, the more time I sow into God the more time He gives me, if that makes sense.

Sid:  It certainly makes sense to me, you know that’s worth repeating again, would you do that?

Brian:  Well, the more time I sow with Him the more time he actually gives me.  See what we’re trying to do is, we’re trying to build all of our schedule through the day you know and try to fit God in here when we should be you know spending time with Him, building our schedule around that. Putting Him first it goes back to putting Him first.

Sid:  If I forced you to give us, your whole book is filled with keys for intimacy with God, what is the primary key for intimacy with God?

Brian:  It’s setting that time aside with Him, basically I call going on a date with God.  You know because when I was dating my wife years ago you know I would set everything else aside so I could be with her.  The same thing with God, we have to set everything else aside, even when we don’t feel like it Sid, to spend time with Him and I believe there’s healing…

Sid:  Now when you think about it, if you really believe that Jesus was coming to your house, what house could be close to wanting to do beyond a date with Jesus?

Brian:  Absolute, yeah and one of the things that I do is that I try to create an atmosphere in my home to attack the presence of God, because the Holy Spirit is grieved when we’re when our family’s are cussing in their home, hollering or fighting or different things like that it grieves the Holy Spirit.  So in my home, 24 hours a day seven days a week we play worship music creating an atmosphere that a tracks God and attracts angels to come into our home because we want this atmosphere to attract Him.

Sid:  What kind of feedback are you getting from people that are reading your book “Romancing the King?”

Brian:  We are having awesome testimonies, people loving it.  Actually for an example we are getting out book translated into Spanish in Guatemala.  It’s taking longer than we expected because the translators are reading the book as they translate it and are getting messed up, they are crying, they are weeping, and it’s changing their life.  So we are actually a couple months behind because of that.

Sid:  Well, that’s a good reason to be behind.  You also say from this deep intimacy there’s going to be a great breakthrough of healings.

Brian:  Yeah, I’ll give you a good example, what happened to me through healing.  I had, I hurt my back actually really bad and I usually don’t get hurt, but I hurt my back so bad that I couldn’t even drive, I was just in agony, it took be about fifteen, twenty minutes to get out of bed.  But I remember one night I got up out of bed, it took me about fifteen twenty minutes, 3:00 in the morning, I made my way down to my prayer closet in my office actually.  And I didn’t ask God, I didn’t say “God heal me.”  I didn’t tell Him anything about my back because He already knew.

Sid:  Bottom line, did He heal you?

Brian:  Absolutely, I began to worship Him.

SID: Hello. Sid Roth here. Welcome to my world where it’s naturally supernatural. Speaking of supernatural, my guest, Grace Williams, her music, as people soak to it, they have visitations to Heaven. Tell me about some.

GRACE: Well we received an email testimony, Sid, from a man that runs a school of supernatural ministry, and they play it as part of their curriculum, and the students actually soak and worship to the music, and many of the young people have had trips to Heaven and seen some amazing things. And he was just saying, thank you so much for being obedient to carry the sound of worship.

SID: Speaking of carrying the sound of worship, she literally does. But there’s a part of it that was beyond her control. Her great-great-great-great-grandfather had fire in his bones. Is that a good way to describe him?

GRACE: Yes. And it’s actually written about him, Sid, that he actually glowed. His face glowed with the glory, the tangible glory of God, and it burned like molten lava, was written about him. He was an early apostle to California and he actually had some journals written and he prayed that his descendants would be carriers of the glory and the fire. And so I’m really just walking in the answered prayers that he prayed, because now I, too, am planted in Southern California along the same Pacific Coast Highway where he literally traveled as a circuit-rider preacher. And the Lord has allowed us to have a church and to bring worship and healing, and deliverance to that region.

SID: Let me take you back a little bit, because you’re another one that provokes me to jealousy. The devil knew something about you. He tried to knock you out just as a baby.

GRACE: Yes, absolutely.

SID: But when you were three, your mother said you began to speak in supernatural languages. When you were four you started playing the piano. I took piano lessons when I was about six, for about a week, and it was too hard for me, so I gave up. But then at six, how does someone at six years of age have a vision from Heaven?

GRACE: You know what? It’s just so wonderful. It’s such a beautiful memory because it’s like the first thing I remembered that’s ingrained in my heart and my spirit forever, and it’s just like it was yesterday. So I remember it. I was upstairs in our house, and I saw this picture of the world and I saw music notes like ribbons and they were encircling the earth, and just going around and round, and flying off and just bringing this beautiful ribbon, this beautiful melody. It was almost like embracing the earth with music. And come to find out later I would be a part of carrying God’s love around the world through, it’s His song, Sid. It’s His song. It’s His love song.

SID: Tell me how you get these songs. Where do they come from?

GRACE: Well a lot of them just flow out of my personal prayer time. I have a studio in my home and I play the piano. I worship. It’s oxygen to me, Sid. It’s literally my life force. I breathe worship. I like the saying that says, “When we worship we inhale Heaven.” So as much of Heaven as I can get, I’m just going to worship. So they just come through my personal worship times. A lot of them at church prophetically are birthed when we worship that way. And the Holy Spirit just pours out so graciously, and I’m so honored.

SID: One of your songs I really love is called, “River.” Tell me about that song.

GRACE: “River,” I love “River” because the Lord told me that “River” was going to be like spiritual CPR and it would literally bring hope and life back to the hopeless and the lifeless. And it would bring those refreshing rivers, those healing rivers. And just like our physical body can’t go more than three days without water, how much more, Sid, do we need those refreshing, hydrating, living waters. The Bible says, “If you taste and drink of these living waters you will never thirst again.” So I know that this song has some powerful, powerful waters.

SID: Well I also know when I soak to your music I feel rivers of living water just bubbling through me.

GRACE: Yes. Praise God.

SID: Would you go to the music set right now. I want to tell you something. In the natural, there’s a lot of things in the natural that give you revelation in the supernatural. When you are thirsty in the natural, doctors tell us it’s too late. You’re literally dying of thirst. You need the water before you’re so thirsty. And I’m remembering the 10 virgins, five wise, five foolish. What made the five wise? They didn’t wait until they were dehydrated. They got soaked in the river. Grace Williams “River.”

GRACE [music, singing]: There is a river flowing from Heaven and it’s flowing to the earth, flowing to the earth. So come to this river and taste of these waters. Yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah. There is a river flowing from Heaven and it’s flowing to the earth, flowing to the earth. So come to this river and taste of these waters. Yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah. You will find life again. You will find hope in these waters. Yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah. Ooo. [speaking] Something’s happening right now. The river of God is flowing. It’s just flowing to you right now. Just lift your hands wherever you are. Receive that refreshing river. It’s coming from Heaven right now. [singing] Just lift your hands and receive it right now. The river of God is flowing now, flowing now. Refreshing waters from Heaven are being poured out to you…

Sid:  My guest Paul Keith Davis, I’m speaking to him by way of telephone at his office in Orange Beach, Alabama.  And Paul I am really fascinated by the information you brought forth in your book “Angel’s that Gather.”  And for those that are just tuning in for the first time, Paul moves in revelatory prophetic visions, he sees things in the invisible world, and he’s seen what is coming.  And one of the ways that God is prepared him for this is that he studied the lives of many famous men and women of God.  And one of the people that we were talking about, actually there are so many I would like to discuss with you Paul, but Branham had so many prophesies that came true to the decimal point.  And so many that haven’t happened yet, tell me about some of these prophecies.

Paul Keith:  You know Brother Branham was certainly one of the most interesting people that we’ve seen in the twentieth century.  And there’s a lot a controversy around his life, but I’ve interviewed dozens and dozens of people and clearly he made mistakes as everyone did and maybe even some of his teachings we don’t necessarily agree with or fully understand.  But one thing is undeniable even among his worst critics they said the level of prophetic accuracy in his life was uncanny; it had not been seen since the early church.  And so that’s what I’m after, I’m after what the Lord said. It’s not about a man or even a woman it’s about what God said and what is the pertinence of that to our generation.  And I didn’t want us to lose something and so I began to study Brother Branham’s live I wanted to understand what he did to capture God’s attention, and then to also move in the level of accuracy.  And in the process I discovered there were some prophecies that he gave that had not yet been fulfilled but we have every expectation will be.  One of them is called the tent vision. The tent vision was something that came at the end of his life and by his own admission Brother Branham actually thought that he was going to see the fulfillment of it in his lifetime.  But the essence of the tent vision was that he was looking prophetically at a future meeting, it was in a big tent because back in the fifties that was the way they had many of their meetings.  And he saw people gathered outside the tent by the thousands, thousands and thousands of people that were blind and lame and halt and all manner of diseases and infirmities.  It was just a very very sad picture, but in the tent there was another tent and he was watching as the people were lined up outside the smaller tent with all of these terrible conditions, and one by one they were going in and no one could actually see what was going on inside the tent, but the important point was they went in one way, sick and lame and blind and they came out totally healed and covered in the glory of God.  He believed that he would see that in his own ministry before he died.  Of course Brother Branham was taken in a car wreck in 1965 and that vision was never fulfilled.

Sid:  Well, you know Kathryn Kuhlman said that she foresaw the day that people would go into hospitals and clear the whole hospitals out of the sick.

Paul Keith:  I believe that’s what he saw, I don’t believe necessarily we’ll see a literal tent, I believe what he saw was this end-time generation emerging as sons of the Kingdom who have become the habitation of God where the Lord will literally fulfill the Feast of Tabernacles, and tabernacle in a body of people doing through them all the great things that he did when he walked the earth in human form 2000 years ago.  And I believe that’s where we are now; I don’t believe there is anything else that we can do that can bring in the harvest other than a demonstration of God Himself.  And I believe a first fruits harvest of people right now will be emerging as for runners or pioneers if you like to use that term that will begin to pioneer this whole new perspective from God.

Sid:  And that’s one of the reasons you studied some of these people like Branham and Allen and Kathryn Kuhlman, and John G. Lake.  Tell me about one of the others.

Paul Keith:  Well, you know God said they were prototypes and that’s a very unusual term, and he gave them to us as a token to begin to understand that realm in God.  And you mentioned John G. Lake, he was a fascinating person, very bright man who went to Africa, South Africa, and won thousands to the Lord, and he walked in a demonstration, but he had four very distinct encounters in his life and I’ll just very quickly go through those because I believe that that’s where we are as a generation.  But the first was a salvation experience, it was profound, the second was a sanctification experience that was profound, a very specific juncture of his life.  The third was when he went down to Chicago, Illinois to partner with Alexander Dowie, who was a very powerful man and there has been a lot of dishonoring of Alexander Dowie but he was a great man.  He clearly made a mistake at the end of his life by his own admission you know he made some proclamations that were not good, but he was still a great man, a great pioneer.  But John G. Lake received the ministry of healing from him, but he said, “Even while he was seeing people being saved by the thousands and cancers withering up and falling off of people right there in meetings he said, “He hungered for God more then than he had in his life.”  Most of us would have said, “Well, he’s arrived,” if he’s doing the miracles and he’s seeing salvation what more is there?”  And he wasn’t even sure but he set his heart to understand what it was that he was longing for and began to pray and fast for nine months and he said by his own admission we have a wonderful transcript of his sermons because his wife was a stenographer.  So we have a great record of his messages, but he preached this in a message called, “Triune salvation.”  And he said that as he went to a person’s home to pray for a woman he sat down in a chair and the answer to his nine months of prayer happened that day when he said, “The tangible visible glory of God came down and rested not only upon him, but within him.”  And he said, “At that point,” and this is a very unusual phrase that he used, he said, “I became a Christman.”  And he said, “I began to demonstrate not only his power but his nature.”  And that’s what I believe is a prototype of the sons of the kingdom emerging today. There is something beyond just doing the miracles as important as they are because they are phenomenally important.  But there’s a place where we can become habitation of God then the demonstration of the miraculous and the supernatural goes to an entirely different level.  And I believe that he is a prototype of this day.

Sid:  Last year you had a vision about the lid coming off of hell, briefly tell me about that.

Paul Keith:  One of the more deeply impacting revelations that I’ve had was that very one.  Happened on an evening when I couldn’t sleep, I felt troubled in my spirit, my wife had gone to bed, I prayed until I just couldn’t pray any move, I was prayed out.  Sometime after midnight I just decided to go to bed, and I laid my head upon the pillow and the second my head hit the pillow the spirit realm opened up and this was unusual, but I began to audibly articulate what I was seeing and it woke my wife up and she listened to me and actually kept some of the records of what I was saying.  But I was looking down into the bowels of hell, that’s the only expression I know to give, and I saw an iron lid that had been, that was covering up a compartment of hell.  And of course this was parabolic in nature, but I saw the lid being removed and I was screaming out, “Don’t take it off, don’t take it off.”  But it was, it was removed and I saw evil spirits unrestrained being released in our generation.  But what was interesting was I was able to watch those evil spirits coming out of hell going into the bedrooms of people and teaching people how to walk in deeper realms of darkness.  Since that time I’ve had numerous reports of people that have actually had that happening; people that are contending for evil.  But the good news was that I felt like I couldn’t look any longer, I was so overwhelmed by the darkness of what I was seeing.  A voice came booming out of heaven and “the sons of Light must respond in like fashion.”  And I saw angels pouring out of heaven, just pouring out of heaven and I realized that they were angels of a unique caliber, they were different.  I believe they are angels of Isaiah 63 and verse 9 where it says “that in our affliction he was afflicted.”  But he sent the angel of his presence and there’s a host of angels that stand in the presence of Almighty God.  And they’ve been released in our day and I watched as these angels were manifesting themselves very much the way we see in the book of acts.  Manifesting themselves in people’s bedrooms teaching people how to walk in greater realms of glory.  And I knew that the confrontation between light and darkness that the Bible told is here.

Sid:   But you know as I see the news today, as I look at what’s going on the world today, there’s such a clear contrast, there’s never been such a contrast but I think that it’s going to be even stronger and it’s literally a battle of the Kingdom of heaven verses the kingdom of this world.  And what you’re described is people are being given a choice.

Paul Keith:  Absolutely, you know just to give you a news item that I believe was very consistent with this revelation, we’re told about a year or so ago, maybe a little longer that Mahmoud Ahmadinejad, this leader of Iran was making a speech before the United Nations; and in the secular press, World News Today and different press releases they said, “Mysterious light appeared around Ahmadinejad that was visible to the natural eye and it says for twenty-eight minutes the people literally sat there as if in a trance mesmerized by this man.”  Well, that was an example of a demonic anointing; I believe an angel of darkness had anointed that man because at the very moment that he was saying that he was talking about the destruction of Israel.  And I believe that was just a token example of what’s happening behind the scenes and I feel like our message is that we’re to awaken people to this because if we’ve not aware of it we’re going to be caught off guard.

Sid:  You know I’m seeing such hatred on the sides of people that are perhaps Israel having the covenant promised land, the issue of homosexuality, the issue of abortion.  I mean there is literally hatred against Biblical positions and maybe what we’re seeing is those people that have turned themselves over to those demonic spirits.

Paul Keith:  I certainly believe that’s exactly what’s happening and we must be prepared for this conflict.

Billy Joe:  The week after I was saved, in May of 1970 I was driving with my family down through North Louisiana headed for Florida where my bother lived and we lived in South Arkansas.  I had had a heart change, a radical new birth and I was taken from death to life, from darkness to light just the week before.  And I was looking out my window that we were driving through the night, just trees, it was darkness but two lane road you could see all around you and then suddenly I saw this open vision of this girl that was in our youth group.  I saw she and I together preaching to masses of people and there was this instant knowing that’s going to be my wife!  And it was amazing, I had been in the same youth group with her for a year, her father was our pastor, her mother was our youth leader at that time and we had just gone on a trip to Six Flags over Texas as a youth group.  And during that time I had spent time with her and I had never had the thought prior to me getting saved, I had never had the thought of dating her or being with her.  She was just too radical of a Christian, she was so on fire, so zealous, so pure and holy you know, she was the preacher’s daughter and she was one that lived it.

Sid:  Now, just out of curiosity, you have this wonderful open vision, you believe that it’s God but how long did it take you to convince her that it was God?

Billy Joe:  Well, I went to Florida and when I came back, I came back late in the afternoon and I called her and I said, “Would you, I know it’s not much time, but would you be willing to go out on a date tonight and go to a movie.”  We’re United Methodist so we don’t have a problem going to a movie back then.  And she’s kind of a funny girl and she just so funny she said, “Well, let me check my calendar and see if I have an opening of you.  Ha-ha.

Sid:  Ha-ha.

Billy Joe:  And her mother was there and her mother was really upset with her because her mother for whatever reason wanted her to get with me, and so she said, “I think I can work you in between 7:00 and 10:00.  And you know it’s funny because she says that she hasn’t had a lot of dates because she was being funny with me.  And it was an instant deal, God had dealt with her, it would be three years and three months before we got married so we had quite a lengthy courtship and we lived in different cities at different times because her parents were moved to a new pastorate and I went away to school.  But in 1973 that we were married so we were rejoicing here looking back it will be thirty-six years.

Sid:  You know the second most important open vision you had, you were on a football field because you had a football scholarship and you had a certain track that you were on, but this open vision changed things for you tell me about that.

Billy Joe:  One afternoon in practice we were in full gear, I played defensive back position the offense was in the huddle and I just looked over this hill, it was just a grassy hill and I was looking at and suddenly again, this open vision I see just millions of people but in it I could see faces I knew from my hometown.  And they were all living and chasing and running after one thing after another.  They were going and I saw the things, they were going after getting an education, getting a job, getting married, getting a house, getting the things that went with it, working so that they could retire, get a house on the lake, a boat and die.  And it was just shoal split second or less that I saw it all and was like all the little things that go with it that people were living for and then I heard the voice of God say, “Nothing they have done will go into eternity.”  And tears just welled up in my eyes because I saw friends, I saw people I knew in my community among those millions of people that were worldwide yet they were ones I knew in there.  And that there whole life was as zero, it was so overwhelming and then the voice of God, “You could make a decision,” and it was like I went back to the start of the vision, “You can make a decision and live for me, to go where I tell you to go, to do what I tell you to do and touch people with My love.”  Now it wasn’t like I wouldn’t get an education, I did I got my Bachelors, Masters, Doctorate I earned them all.  It wasn’t like I wouldn’t have a family, I got married, we have four children, two grandchildren, you know, we have a house, but those were not things we’ve live for that does not consume us.  And the Lord took me to the end of my life and He said, “You’ll come to the end of your life and you’ll look back, not on accumulations, not on accomplishments, but you’ll look back at the people you have touched and they will all go into eternity.”  That was the moment that I realized that God was dealing with me about living for Him.  And He told me as I pondered on the whole vision later, this was not for me alone, He said, “It’s the story of the world, and that you need to tell it because in one way or another, people are either living for things or they’re living for the Master; either living for the temporal or living for the eternal; either living for the perishable or living for the imperishable.”

Sid:  Alright, so someone’s listening to us right now Billy Joe and they’re saying “Well, that’s me, but I don’t know how to change, I’m too enmeshed in these things.  How do I make my life count?

Billy Joe:  Let me tell you about Arles Cole, he heard me tell this story; he was sixty-five years old.  I didn’t know him, he just started coming to our church, he walked up to me, he was a gray haired guy, he in tears, he said, “That’s me, that’s my story, he said, “I’m living on the lake right now, retired, nothing to do just waiting to die.”  I said, “Arles, you can make a decision,” I’m saying to everyone listening to me right now.  You can make a decision at this age to live for God, do exactly what I shared with you, and God’s going to bless your life, the power of the Holy Spirit is going to flow through you.  And he made that decision, okay live for God, what do I do?  He and his wife decided to start a small Bible study out there on the lake, invited a few people around and the amazing thing was bikers, the rowdiest bunch of all started coming to their house on the lake and getting saved and filled with Holy Spirit.  That’s been over fifteen years ago, Arles and Virginia made a huge difference because they decided even at age sixty-five.  And as you’re listening to me right now, find away, maybe you’ll reach out to children, maybe teenagers, maybe someone in the nursing home.  Maybe you’re home bound and you have to get on a computer and begin to email people good messages or on a techs on a phone or maybe calling.  There is something Sid for every person to find a way to do what God calls them to do, because He has a job for each of us.  There are no spare parts in the Body of Christ, the finger has a function, the toe has a function, our kidneys have a function as well as our heart, liver.  And we’re defined as a member of the Body of Christ and so that vision connects with the revelation of God’s word is “What is my job to do; how do I apply it?” And nobody who is in a position to say “Well, there’s nothing for me to do.”  No, there is something for everyone even if it is just helping somebody else do what they’re already doing.

Sid:  But what about the person that says, “But you know I’ve wasted most of my life, it’s too late?”

Billy Joe:  You know Colonel Sanders got saved up in his nearly seventy years of age, but that finger licking chicken guy made the most of his later years.  And we know the family there in Louisville, Kentucky that helped lead him to Christ and then watch him make a difference in his later years.

Sid:  You know, I believe we’re living in such an unusual period of time Billy Joe that it’s almost like Heaven is drawing closer to earth.  Are you seeing an increase of the supernatural in your ministry?

Billy Joe:  Definitely, not only in our ministry but in the lives of people everywhere.  This is the time where two things are happening simultaneously Sid, the darkness is getting darker but the light’s getting brighter.  And if people get focused on the darkness then they can just read the newspaper everyday and they listen to 5:00 news and be depressed all day long.  It’s true, there are bad things happening, there are terrible things happening.  But the flip side of it, Isaiah 60 says, that when gross darkness, intense terrible darkness would come on the earth that the church, the Body of Christ is going to arise and shine.  And that’s the other side, and that’s the side that we live on; the side of the miraculous, the power of God, the anointing of God.  You know the book, “You Can be Healed” tells so many stories of people being delivered, people being set free, the miracles happening.

Sid Roth:  That’s what I love about it, because it tells the stories, but it works the anointed teaching in such a clear fashion that it’s almost like and atrophy muscle will all of a sudden become a big muscle, that muscle’s called faith.

Sid:  I have a young woman Evangeline Weiner who is a prototype of a normal Christian.  Her parents, Bob and Rose Weiner; Bob is known as a man that teaches faith all over the world.  And Evangeline was raised in that type of environment.  At five years of age she found herself in Russia and she saw miracles going on.  As a five year old Evangeline can you remember any miracles you saw in Russia?

Evangeline:  Yeah, absolutely as a five year old even I remember that we would have our own lines at the conferences and these students would come from the universities and you know a lot of them hadn’t even heard of Jesus before.  And it was awesome, and you know there we would see, I remember seeing you know just so many people who had deaf ears or you know things that you could visibly see, blind eyes, different things like that which is you know some of the parents that came of these students as well.  I just remember seeing one person after another healed of you know of being blind, you know the deafness…

Sid:  You know Evangeline faith is contagious and here in America we have a generation, even Spirit filled people that have been raised where miracles are the exception not the norm.

Evangeline:  Yeah.

Sid:  And you have contagiousness about you; in fact tell me about the three year old in a wheelchair when you were about nine years old in Russia.

Evangeline:  Yeah, absolutely.  Well we went to Russian every other month so I was there and I was playing outside of the hotel and I saw this woman pushing her son who was about three years old in a wheelchair and I went up to her and said, “Hey, you know we are here, we’ve have brought people from all over the world and I believe God wants to heal your son.”  And she said, “Oh well, I’m an atheist, my husband’s a professor at the university of Moscow and we don’t believe in God.”  And I said, “That’s okay He wants to heal your son.”  And so she listened to the nine year old.  I said, “Come with me to the hotel, I’m going to have some people pray for you.”  You know I’m going to have some people pray for you; you know I wasn’t thinking right at that time.  And I looked everywhere and I looked everywhere for someone to pray for him and well, I couldn’t find anyone to pray for him, you know.  And so I decided kind of irritated that I had to pray for him myself, I said, “Fine, I’ll pray for him myself.”  You know, I grabbed the kid, pulled him out of the wheelchair and said, “Okay walk” and he had never walked before, he was paraplegic so we had to teach him kind of how to walk, but you know that little boy got healed.”  And later on that night they came back to the conference and the little boy ran across the stage to me as his mother gave his life to Jesus.  She in front of everyone as the little boy ran across the stage, she dropped to her knees and asked Jesus to come into her life, so it was an awesome experience.

Sid:  Now, how does an eleven year old, when you were eleven years of age teach a seminar on faith; how did you do that?

Evangeline:  ha-ha.  Well, I felt like I was supposed to do a seminar on faith so I went to my Dad and I said, “Dad, I’m supposed to do my own seminar on faith.”  And you know because he had trained us our whole life that we have same Holy Spirit that he has and you know the power of God resides in each one of us, and then he couldn’t really say that much about it.  But he just said, “Well, do you have any notes?”  And so I showed him all my notes and he said, “Well, do you have them in Russian?”  And I didn’t know why I would need them in Russian, but I had them quickly translated and you know we had the seminar set up and what happened was, the Lord told him, He said, “That if they see a little eleven year old girl operating in the gifts of the Spirit and preaching and doing all these things they’ll believe that anyone can do it, so let her do it.”  So you know I got up there and I said, “I’m going to give you seven ways to grow your nation, change your world you know.  And they thought maybe, you know they gave me the smallest room thinking maybe five people would show up because it was a Pastor’s Conference you know.  Any way wouldn’t you know it three hundred and fifty of the five hundred students that were there, pastors that were there came because they wanted to hear from an eleven year old girl about what she had to say about God.

Sid:  Now, just out of curiosity, were you a little intimidated when you saw so many people show up.

Evangeline:  I think I was excited!  Ha ha.

Sid:  Ha-ha.

Evangeline:  I guess I’ve never felt like, I guess I do get nervous, but I’ve always felt like it’s not my job to do something, it’s the Holy Spirit’s job so I didn’t feel pressure to do anything.  But you know I’ve been to all those you know revival meetings and you know where people fall under the power of God so afterward’s I said, “Okay, we are going to line you all up.” And me and my little sister, who is nine, lined them all up and prayed for them.”  And this is the craziest part, there was two girls from the ballet school because we were doing our conference at a ballet school came up and they said, “Will you pray for me, you know pray for us?”  And they were the same age as me and so I said, “Sure.”  I didn’t know if they were with us or not with us at the time and I prayed for them.  Well, the next day we got a call from the Governor’s Assistant of Religion Affairs for disrupting the peace of Russia and at eleven I had to go meet with the Governor’s Assistant of Affairs.  You know he’s this big guy, this bald guy and you know his secretary is typing everything you are saying, and they are saying “Who is this that’s disrupted the peace of Russia?”  Ha.  And the reason why is because these two girls were the head of the Communist party in that area’s kids and they were just totally ticked off that someone prayed for these two girls and they went home apparently speaking in another language.

Sid:  Evangeline, there are people listening to us right now that are discouraged, they use to believe for the miraculous, they’ve seen so little, there in a dead church and everything is dead, dead all around them and they want to get their first love back.  I believe they will when they read your book, especially what I was going to say was young people, but why don’t I say young people and those that are young at heart that want to get their first love back.

Evangeline:  Absolutely, and you know Sid, I’ve heard from people all over the world that have read it and even of all different ages and saying how it’s encouraged them, got them excited for what God has.  And I believe that every stage of our life, you know whether you’re four or forty-four or ninety-four it doesn’t matter, but that God wants to do something new in your life and give you a new vision, a new faith.  And even right now as you’re listening and your discouraged you know I just want to pray for you.  And Lord, “We just ask right now for every heart out there that is discouraged, that’s discouraged because of the economy, because of growing weary in their faith, whatever it is Lord, we ask for faith to go into each one of their hearts and Lord, that you start to give them dreams and visions Lord that they’ll begin to dream with you again of all the things that you have; and Lord; I just pray for a hunger for the miraculous for the presence of God in their life like never before in the name of Jesus.”

Sid:  Speaking of the miraculous, speaking about a hunger for God like never before, what has God showing you that’s on the horizon for us right now?

Evangeline:  Well, I believe that we, this is an exciting time in the world.  I think a lot of people look and they see a lot of fear and they see you know recession and they see different things that are freaking them out.  But I think that this is one of the most exciting times for the Kingdom in the sense of that more people are going to come to know the Lord than ever before.  I you know that this being, you know the things that we’ve heard about for years and years, but I really do believe that it is going to be one of the next greatest awakening in the history of the world.  And so even from people who are, you know friends from all over I’ve, even my friends who aren’t Christians I’ve been hearing from them of just their desire to know God, of their desire to know Jesus and even from churches and saying that they’ve been seeing more people than ever come to know Him.  So I think we have a lot of exciting things on the horizon.

Sid:  You know Evangeline; I love the testimonies you have in your book because they’re such faith builders.  On tomorrow’s broadcast I want to listen to the testimony of a Shiite Muslem that had an experience with Jesus.  But your teaching is what makes this very exceptional; for instance you talk about the seven steps to increased faith; tell me about that.

Evangeline:  Yeah, well I think everyone is given a measure of faith and you know sometimes we wait until we have a feeling on you know that we can conquer the world or some feeling in order to you know step out and pray for someone or to step out and believe for the miraculous or the supernatural.  But I just want to tell you that you know that faith in the Bible says that, “Faith is the substance of things hoped for and the evidence of things not seen.”  You know so if we’re waiting for things to be seen in order to step out in them then you know that’s never going to happened and I think that it’s a matter of just stepping out and believing God to meet us there.  And these seven steps you know, one is first of all is that God has given everyone a measure of faith, as it says in Roman’s 12:3.  And Two is to exercise your muscles of faith daily through obedience to Christ and you know what I would even say through that is that as I’m anywhere I don’t even have to think about intentionally speaking to someone you know, I just get into conversations with people and allow the Holy Spirit to give me insight into their lives.  And I’ll give you one example, I was sitting on the airplane next to this lady who she started, you know the first thing she sat down next to me and said was, “How she hated missionaries.”  Which I was like, “Man that’s hilarious,” so she said that how she hated missionaries and she was going on and on about her hate and then she said, “Well what are you in school for?”  And at the time I was studying international studies and comparative religion from the University of Washington.  And she said, “Well, what are you going to do with that?”  And I started talking to her about how I was going to go into the ministry and stuff.  And she started going just like telling all this stuff and basically her and husband we’re atheists, she had grown up Jewish, but they were, her and her husband were atheists.  And you know how the Holy Spirit showed me that in that situation was that just to begin to listen to her life and to begin to say how much, you know the things that I loved about her.  You know as she talked she talked about things she loved; she talked about a bicycle shop that her and her husband ran and you know they fix bicycles for low income families and different things like that.  And I started saying just how much I love the things that they did.  And you know pretty soon she began to cry and tell her whole life story and by the end of it she said, “You know my husband he’s a brain scientist at the University of Washington and he just found this part in your brain that actually gives you desire to know God that says that tells you to desire to know God in your brain.  And isn’t that interesting?  And she said, “You know he just found that and so now he’s been desiring, he’s been looking everywhere trying to find out is God real?  Is all my atheist beliefs for nothing?  And so anyway she was like, “I was really you know wanting to go to church with you and I’ve never been to a church before in my life.”

Sid Roth:  Your book is so faith filled; I believe that no matter where someone is no matter how much cold water has been thrown on your faith it’s going to explode… “The Calling of a Generation.”

Andre:  Right.

Sid:  Took you out of such a hopeless situation and as just a young boy you had a dream and in the dream Jesus came to you, what did He say?

Andre:  He just said that, “He would never leave me, never forsake me…

Sid:  Had you ever heard that scripture before?

Andre:  No, never had.

Sid:  And He became your best friend and you loved to sing as a child and you joined the Seven Day Adventist Church, but they had a problem with you because people started feeling the Holy Spirit.  They had no grid for the Holy Spirit so they said, “Well, since we don’t have a grid for a Holy Spirit, it’s got to be an evil spirit, it’s got to be the devil.  As a matter of fact in college you would do concerts and what would they say?

Andre:  Well, we would be put off campus and so what would happen was we would have to like give a list of the songs that we were singing, but the truth is that it wasn’t the songs, it was the presence of God.  And people would come up to me and they would go, “Well, you sing like a Baptist or you sing like a Pentecostal and my response to them was if you knew Jesus as I knew Him you would sing like me too.

Sid:  Okay, but in your early twenties you meet a woman that has that same presence of God that you’re experiencing when you’re worshiping Him and her name is Sherrie; tell me about her.

Andre:  Sherrie Brown, Sherrie Brown, we work at…l left college, came home got a job at Waddell & Reed which is an investment brokerage Firm and I met Sherrie; we worked in the same office.  The thing about Sherrie that confused me because I was taught if you went to church on Sunday you really didn’t love God; you were just going through the motions.

Sid:  Actually I’ve met Seven Day Adventist that’s been taught much worse of that.  But go ahead.

Andre:  Yeah, but when I met Sherrie I knew God was around her, I could feel His presence and that confused me.  So I decided well, I need to get her out of the Pentecostal Church into the Adventist Church.  And so I went about trying to do that, but what happened I got pulled out of the Adventist Church into the move of God, that’s basically what happened.

Sid:  But there was a fear of you leaving the church because you’ve been told that unless you worship on Saturday, were you told that it could affect your salvation?

Andre:  Basically I was told if I leave the Adventist Church because I would be leaving the truth, I would go to Hell.

Sid:  That would be a tough step for you to take, but you had another dream, tell me about it.

Andre:  Yeah, this was, I was in Kansas City, I’m from Kansas City Missouri and what people don’t realize is that Kansas City had about third highest murder rate in the country.  So I’m walking through this real dangerous part of Kansas City and I’m terrified in the dream.  And this tall guy, he was really tall with blond hair came up and walked in front of me, he didn’t say anything to me, but I knew instinctively that I was to follow him.  So I followed him through a really dangerous area and went into this house and he went inside, and I stood out on the porch.  Now, in Kansas City there is lots of screened in porches, so I’m in the screened in porch.  And I waited there because I wanted him to come out because I wanted to thank him because I felt he saved my life.  But when he came out, he never spoke anything, he just handed to me a piece of white paper that was folded up.  When I opened it up it was written on it and said, “In all your ways acknowledge Me and I’ll direct your path.”  And I woke up from the dream.  And I knew that it was God was leading me through this scary time and it was okay to leave the Adventist Church.

Sid:  You know I had an interesting conversation once with a member of the Adventist Church and because I’m a Jewish believer in Jesus she knew I understood the Sabbath, she said, “What am I going to do?”  I love to go to church on Sunday where’s there is the Spirit of God but I’m afraid to leave the Adventist Church because I’m supposed to worship on Saturday and I have children to raise and I just can’t take two days a week.  Therefore I’m staying at the Adventist Church.  I said, “I have a better idea for you, you realize you don’t need a service to observe the Sabbath you could take Saturday as a day to be with God and your family and worshipping God, and Sunday go to church; that way you’ll have the best of both worlds.  She said, “Oh, I thought I had to go to church to observe the Sabbath.”  I said, “No, in fact I didn’t take her to the next step the next step is the true Sabbath is not in a day, the true Sabbath is in a person, His name is Jesus.  But God never changed the Sabbath; I just think that by going to church on Saturday that’s a lot of work.  And it’s a lot more rest and God wanted us to take one day a week of rest, to Saturday as a day of rest, I believe there’s blessings on taking a day of rest, at least blessing for your physical body.  But I believe there is blessing for your spiritual body but I want to make it clear to everyone listening, it has nothing to do with righteousness and it has nothing to do with salvation.  It’s a matter of blessings, anyway I don’t know if you’ve never heard that spin before Andre, but that’s mine.

Andre:  Oh yes, actually I agree with that and also I think that Lord began to teach me more about the Sabbath, that the Sabbath was number one a sign of us resting from our works to enter into God’s works.  Like if you look into Hebrews 4 the thing that really shook me was, I realized that the Jewish people at that time kept the Sabbath better than I ever could, but yet God said, “They did not enter my rest.”  I’m like okay, that doesn’t make sense to me God, they didn’t enter His rest because they didn’t accept His provision for salvation; which is Jesus.

Sid:  Hey, that’s pretty good, now I have your CD here and my staff is so enthralled by it, in fact my producer said to me, and she has a back ground in music, so but she’s very conscious of music not being entertainment, but true worship.  And this is what she said, I’m going to quote her. “When I listened to Andre’s music the presence of God, His glory fills my room, the worship is so deep because Andre knows the power of worship and he has the ability to have intimacy with God and walk in the supernatural.  Andre’s music is also prophetic, people’s destinies are realized when they soak and worship with Andre’s music.  We are going to play a selection from your CD entitled “Before the Throne.”  Tell me a bit about “Let Your Kingdom Come.”  I know that it’s scripture but tell me a little bit about that.

Andre:  Actually I wrote that song, I was at a conference and I sat down at the piano and I don’t consider myself a songwriter, God has to come and inspire me.  And I wrote the song about “Let, Your Kingdom Come” that God would release His Kingdom in my life and like I searched for so many things you look for so many things in life, and sometimes it seems like God isn’t there and you know just being real.  But in the midst of all the strife and in the midst of all the struggle God if Your kingdom can be reproduced in me then I know I will have what I need to do what You called me to do.

Sid:  And in His Presence all things are possible.

Andre:  Right.

Sid:  Let’s hear this.

Sid Roth:  I’ll tell you Andre really carry’s the presence of God; I want the presence of God to be wherever you go.

Stacy:  Well, no one was more shocked than I because I had been through five years of secular university and then a year of Baptist Seminary.  And I was taught that you know people like me were emotional at best and demon possessed at worse and so I was very anti supernatural experiences.  And so when in our Baptist Church I was at a prayer meeting and somebody was praying for another man there that was you know that you know they weren’t even praying for me I was in a small room, they were at a prayer meeting and they were praying for another man.  No one was more shocked than I to be completely filled, flashed, possessed with the Holy Spirit that had all kinds of physical manifestations and so I’ll tell you what happened.  We were in a prayer meeting and they were praying for a man in front of me and these women that had come to our church were you know kind of prophetic and so they were prophesying over this man; for the first time I was watching prophesy in operation, never had seen it before.  And they were telling the secrets of this man’s heart and as they were telling the secret’s of this man’s heart there was about eight of us in the room.  The man began to cry and I was shocked, a. because I didn’t believe in prophecy; b. because it was actually so much so that the man was crying and I knew him well and he never cried I never saw him cry before; and d. I was thinking well someone should get him a Kleenex because he was crying.  And at that moment while I’m think those types of thoughts, like unemotional and you know kind of surprised my knee begins to shake.  And it’s a very quiet room and they’re praying for him and I thought I’m making a scene and so I put a hand on my leg to stop it from shaking and the other leg begins to shake.  And what was happening to me was the Holy Spirit was coming in the room and the powerful presence of the Holy Spirit.  Just like in Samuel’s day in the school of the Prophets with physical manifestations or like in the Book of Acts Chapter 2 when the Holy Spirit came close and He actually not only filled them, but actually possessed their bodies so that they looked like they were drunk so completely filled to the point of looking drunk. That that’s what happened to me, my leg began to shake, I put my hand on my knee to stop it, my other leg began to shake. And the next thing you know I was like, like the Spirit of God, like when He took Ezekiel by the hair, it was like He was lifting me up by my hair and bouncing me up and down on my chair.  My head began to violently shake from side to side, I looked down…

Sid:  Wesley, were you watching this and what did you think was going on?

Wesley:  I mean no one was more shocked than me, because I’m such an analytical guy and a pragmatist.  I looked at this and I’m going “What is this?”  But you know there was a certain sense of awe and presence that would come in the room that you knew that there was a force from outside that was good and it was God and we were just like, I was just like a kid in a candy shop; I was just in awe but totally excited.

Sid:  So Stacy, when I interrupted you you’re shaking for all your worth, what happened next?

Stacy:  Well, I looked at my stomach it was like a wind; I could see my whole stomach was almost contorting with the violent presence of wind out of my inner most being.  And it began to push up my throat, out my windpipe.  I clenched my teeth to stop it, I put my hands over my mouth to stop it and it blew my hand off my mouth.  This wind, a physical wind from the inside, a violent shaking from the outside and after the wind came out of my mouth I began speaking in tongues at the top of my lungs.  Which I use to preach against so I mean all of this was so sovereign, so utterly un-initiated by me, nobody was ever praying for me, that I shook and shook and spoke in tongues for about an hour.  But from about that moment on it was like I could tell things that I didn’t know before.  It was like the Spirit of Prophecy was birthed in me.

Sid:  You mean you really didn’t have this gift beforehand?

Stacy:  Well, I had these experiences that happened to me and where God would speak to me but I never knew that I could actually talk to other people like the gift of prophecy is for edification, exhortation and comfort.  And I began to then when I prayed for other people suddenly if the Spirit would come on me that way.  In fact that was the infilling or the Holy Spirit possession is unto in the Book of Acts it says “You will be filled with the Spirit, or the Spirit of the Lord will come on you and then it says, they will prophecy, they will dream dreams, they will have visions, men and women will prophecy.”  And so this filling, these men are not drunk but they are filled or possessed by the Spirit is unto a prophetic outpouring that is only going to increase in the last days.  Well that happened to me and I’m telling you I suddenly, we began to prophecy over nations, we began to prophecy over individuals.

Sid:  Alright in 1993 you were invited to speak at the Toronto Outpouring in which you had a prophecy, what was that prophecy?

Wesley:  Actually the outpouring hadn’t started yet.  I had gone to speak at John Arnott’s Bible camp in the summertime and I told them about the prophetic experiences and praying the Bible.  Then he said “Really, I don’t understand what you are saying, can they do it here?”  And I said, “Sure.”  So I brought Stacy and a couple other prophets in October ’93 before the outpouring actually started, before it started.

Sid:  Okay, then Stacy what did you prophecy when you were there?

Stacy: John Arnott invited me to prophecy over his whole staff and the Lord gave me prophetic words for John and Carol.  He said, “That there’s a coming a great outpouring of the Spirit.”  He gave me the scripture of.

Wesley:  First He exploded Stacy shaking wildly and windmilling and jumping up and down as though they were going to explode.

Stacy:  Ha-ha.

Sid:  So if this was before they had the outpouring how did John Arnott react to this?

Wesley:  They were scared; in fact I love it so much, because I think it’s great, and I thought Stacy goes after, “How do you think they were?”  I go, “Oh, they loved it, they loved it.”  Well, Carol was terrified, Carol was absolutely terrified, they didn’t want anything to do with it.  They were scared and they were just glad we left.

Sid:  Ha, ha.  But you actually prophesied that there would be such a thing as a Toronto Outpouring.

Stacy:  Yeah, what the Lord showed me at that time is that scripture of when Jesus sent the 72 out and He saw Satan falling like lightning from heaven and he rejoiced greatly.” He gave me that scripture and He said to them, “There’s coming an Outpouring so great,” He said that, “You know Satan is going to fall like lightning from heaven again.”  And He said, “But the key to remember is that don’t rejoice that the demons are subject to you, rejoice that people’s names are written in the Lamb’s Book of Life.”  And I said, “The danger in that day will be to focus on the manifestations and not on what the Lord is doing.”  So I was kind of an exhortation about a great outpouring, but focus…

Wesley:  And you said that He would stand on the stages of the world and that the Holy Spirit would come upon literally out of his hands on crowds of people.  And then she began to explode in front of them.  And as I said, they were so afraid and startled they were glad we went home.  But the strange thing was that was October, January 20^th when Randy Clark came three months later, it all happened in their church and it happened just exactly the same as Stacy.  And so they suddenly put 2 & 2 together and they said, “This is what she prophesied and their doing what she did, we got to get Wesley and Stacy back here and help us disciple this into a mature movement” and that’s how we got involved with them.

Sid:  Just out of curiosity, since that point how many people would you say you’ve prophesied over?

Wesley:  I would say 20,000 to 35,000 people minimum.

Stacy:  But you know it’s not, you know it’s a sovereign thing, I’ve been in villages in Northern Mozambique, Muslim villages where the Lord will give me a prophetic word and if the presence of God comes on me like that I’m telling you that it always hit’s not just me but the region round and about.  And in a northern village in Mozambique, no electricity we would just be a generator.

Wesley:  Heidi Baker.

Stacy:  You know just showing the Jesus film, and the Lord gives me a prophecy for that village and I would begin shaking and before they translate the English into Portuguese and then into the tribal language of Macau I’m shaking and prophesying to demon possessed people in the crowd of a hundred or so begin shrieking the second that the Holy Spirit comes on me and flushes out the demons.  And Heidi said she ran over to one of them and cast legions of demons out them.  And so the presence of God coming; in the Old Testament form of Samuel and the School of the Prophets, or like when He would come upon Isaiah and his whole body would be overcome.  Or like He came on the early church and you know the whole 120 and they began you know looking like drunk.  And Peter explanation is “This is that.”

Sid:  So when you are shaking, as best you understand it, it’s the Holy Spirit coming upon you and actually when I shake and I do too, it’s sometimes my stomach contracts and expands and I think that’s a form of intercession.

Stacy:  Yeah, yeah well, you know what we’ve understood is that the Holy Spirit, He has actually different manifestations and if you read through the Bible the prophets at different times, different countries even, you know Daniel in Babylon, Isaiah in Israel, different times and different places have manifestation.  Or John on the Isle of Patmos…

Sid Roth:    You know what, our time is slipping away.

Sid:  We want everyone everywhere to have God’s blessings chase them.  Now Todd Coontz is it possible for God’s blessings to chase someone?  Tell me one person that that happened to, I like that.

Todd:  Oh, I’m that person, God’s blessings had been chasing me down and you know Deuteronomy 28 and verse 8 says “The Lord shall command the blessings upon thee.  God’s commanded blessings is not just for the Jewish people, but it’s for everyone that been grafted in to the family of God through the cross.  And yes, the blessings of God can and will overtake you if you obey his voice.

Sid:  Tell me about that woman that planted seed and in seventy-two hours what happened to her.

Todd:  I’ve seen so many people.

Sid:   And you call that, by the way you call that a blessings attack.  There are many people listening to us that want a blessing attack.  I mean, why do you use such a strong word?

Todd:  Have you ever heard of a heart attack?  I call it a blessing attack.

Sid:  I like that better, ha-ha.

Todd:  Ha-ha, there’s a woman sitting in church on a Sunday morning, she had heard me talk about making God your source of supply, sowing seed into God’s work with expectation.  And she was thinking about seeds or finances that she’s given into the work of God and hasn’t received a harvest.  And she simply said, “God I’m going to believe in Deuteronomy 28 that the blessings are going to chase me down.”  And that’s all she said and it’s just a prayer.  Within 72 hours she received a call from a businessman who said, “Can you come into my office?”  She said, “Yes,” she walked in the office, sat down and he looks across the desk and says, “I want to bless you today.”  And begins to write her a check for $10,000, she was excited, she was elated.  Then he stops in the middle of writing out the check and tears it up and says, I’ve got to give you more, this is not enough and then proceeds to write out a check for $12,000.  Well, she’s holding the check in her hand, she’s just beside herself, she’s excited, she saying “Thank you, thank you.”  She begins to walk out of the office and the business, Sid the business owner begins to follow her and says, “Wait a second, this is not enough I need to give you more.”  And she’s turning as she’s walking out the door saying “No, no you’ve already been too good to me; you’ve already been too good to me.”  He proceeds out to his vehicle, pulls out from his glove department an envelope filled with $100 bills and begins to count them out in her hands.  I call that a blessing attack!

Sid:  I would call that too.  Now there’s a connection between you and a man that has recently been promoted to heaven, Oral Roberts.  You saw him on television and you heard him say a profound statement that had a great impact on you, what was that statement?

Todd:  I was sitting in my bed, I was watching television and I was watching Dr. Oral Roberts being interviewed on television and he made this statement.  He said, “Within the earth right now is everything you’ll ever need, want or desire, it’s just waiting for you to harvest it.”  Then the Holy Spirit spoke to me in that still, still small voice, and said, “Yes the harvest comes from the earth, but the only voice that the earth responds to is the voice a seed.”  And then I was reminded about Genesis 8:22 “As long as the earth remains there will be seed time harvest.”  Think about it Sid, everything that we harvest today has come from the earth, trees, oil, gas, diamonds, wood, everything has come from the earth.  And God says, “As long as the earth remains the supernatural miracle operation of seed time and harvest would be in effect.”  And when I heard that something leapt inside of me and I said, “Yes all I need to do is sow seed into good soil and I can reap a harvest from it.”

Sid:  Now just out of curiosity, if you sow seed into good soil and you reap a harvest you’ll reap a harvest of money.  What if someone is dying of cancer right now, what kind of seeds should they sow?

Todd:  I believe with all of my heart just because you sow financial seed doesn’t always mean you’ll reap a financial harvest.  I believe a seed is everything; I believe everything in your life can be a seed.  The time that we’re talking here together is a seed, the listeners listening right now, that’s a seed listening.  I believe a harvest you can be everything too; when God, when God heals you it can be a harvest, when God saves you, that’s a harvest.  When God protects you, Sid how many of us had been protected even today as we’re driving to work when maybe an accident that we didn’t see, but God protected us supernaturally?  I think that we’re harvesting and sowing every day of our lives, sometimes we just don’t recognize it as a seed or a harvest.

Sid:  Okay, going back to what Oral Roberts said, it also motivated a prayer.  You prayed that you would get Oral Roberts mantel and at least be able to talk to him.  How long did that take to be answered?

Todd:  That’s probably one of the most supernatural things that happened in my life during my lifetime.  I’m forty-five years old today, been serving God since I was 10.  I would say that’s one of the top three most supernatural things that ever happened to me because I did not know Oral Roberts; I had no connection to Oral Roberts.  But within, within just a few months God connected me to a person who knew Oral Roberts and it probably was within sixty days, I think that it was within probably thirty or forty days, I was sitting in Dr. Roberts home looking at him as he talked with me.  You know that day I prayed a prayer and I said, “God I said, I don’t know how you’re going to do it, but before Dr. Roberts goes home to be with the You I want to meet him and I want him to lay his hands on me and I want to have the mantle that’s on his life.”  And God did exactly that.

Sid:  I can tell you, as you’re saying that I’m trembling in the Holy Spirit.  Dr. Roberts gave you some more keys, what…if you had to pull the biggest key he taught you when you got to meet him, person to person and he laid hands on you, what would that be?

Todd:  The first time I ever met Dr. Roberts we probably had about a thirty minute conversation.  He laid his hands on me, prayed for me, he signed my Bible; the Bible I preach out today has his signature in it.  He placed two scriptures in there and one of the scriptures was in Luke chapter 10 and verse 2.  It says that “God is the Lord of the harvest.”  And when I was walking out of his house, that first time he said, “Todd if I were you I would study the Lord of the Harvest.”  In later conversations he explained to me that when God describes Himself He doesn’t describe Himself as the God of the seed, although He provides seed to the sower, but He describes Himself as the Lord of the Harvest.”  And one of the greatest things that he ever taught me was that and with that, he told me one day, he said, “Todd, Christians have learned how to sow, but if the gospels going to be preached throughout the world Christians have got to receive a harvest from God.

Sid:  Wait a second; I don’t have to learn how if you wanted to give me $10,000 right now, I don’t have to learn how to receive it, I don’t understand what you’re saying.

Todd:  There are many people and Sid, this is maybe shocking, but in Christianity we need know how to give, some of the greatest givers in the world are Christians.  Missionaries are being supported, children are being fed; the gospel’s being preached because of the generosity of Christians who are tithing, who are sowing, who are giving.  Sadly, most of them have not been taught how to make God their total source of supply.  How to sow seed with expectation that God will be good to them, that God will give them back a harvest.

Sid:  Are you telling me that I could give money and if I don’t have the expectation or the faith that God is going to give me a harvest, I may not receive it?  Is that what you’re saying?

Todd:  That’s exactly what I’m saying, you’re seed is what God multiplies.  You have to give him something to multiply, but it’s your expectation and faith is why He multiplies it.  You know Hebrews 11 and verse six says, “Without faith we can’t please God,” but then it goes on and says something much more than that.  It says, “You must first believe that He is,” and then it says and this is expectation, “That He is a rewarder of those who diligently seek Him.”  We can’t just give and sow seed; we have to diligently expect God to be good to us.

Sid:  You know I probably don’t have enough time to tell you this, but I had a major breakthrough in my life, personal life in reference to giving and receiving.  And let me tell you about it briefly.  I met a jeweler in Israel, unsaved Jewish man and I really wanted to win him to the Lord, and somehow I said to him, “You know, I could buy a watch in your store, but I believe God’s going to give me a watch if I pray for it.”  And that was about three months ago.  And I had unction if you will to give away, I had, I only wear two rings, one ring is my wedding ring and the other is a ring that had a great meaning to me that I also got in Israel.  I gave it away and within 48 hours two people gave me watches.  It was sort of like I somehow broke the log jam by being obedient.

Todd:  Exactly, exactly.  Here’s a statement I would urge everyone listening to write this down, think about it, not to forget it.  The only proof of faith is obedience, the only proof of faith is obedience, God’s not moved by need.  Sid if God was moved by need none of us would have a need.  But God is moved by faith and the only proof of our faith is obedience and when God speaks to you to give away a ring, or to help somebody that’s hurting, I don’t know what the instruction will be but God will speak to you everyday to do something as a seed.  If you’ll obey him, God will return it to you somehow, someway.  It won’t always be money, it’ll maybe in another form of a harvest, but He will return it to you.

Sid Roth:  Our time has slipped away again.

Guillermo:  Thank you Sid, yeah it was the same opposition and again thank you for having me on your program.  And yes it took a lot of opposition to write it and this is one of the topics less taught in the church.

Sid:  Why do you believe it’s less taught?

Guillermo:  Okay, let me put it this way Sid, I think we have replacements in the church.  We have replacement; we have replaced psychology and physiatry for deliverance.  And the other replacement is counseling has replaced deliverance.  What do I mean by replacements?  Well, the church has been satisfied with you know with just giving counseling to the people.  And I do believe in counseling, as a matter of fact one of my degrees is in counseling.  But there’s something that, just to give you an idea to those that are the people are listening now.  I had a person in my office one day and was filled with the Spirit, he loved God and then he said, “Pastor, can you help me, I don’t want to use pornography I’m bound to pornography and can you pray for me?”  And at that time…

Sid:  Let me just interject something, “You hit on a nerve, I am shocked at the number of, were not talking about nonbelievers, I am shocked at the number of pastors and believers that are addicted to pornography and they know too much, so it has to be something more than just a bad habit.  They know enough that they should have never even started, but they are addicted to it.

Guillermo:  Yes, and what is behind Sid, this is the problem.  We are dealing with the branches of the problem, not with the root.  When Jesus came, He said to this woman, that He, this woman was oppressed with a spirit of sickness for eighteen years.  He said, “Spirit of sickness, come out, He called, Jesus called it by his name.  He said, “You spirit of sickness,” now we call it differently, we call it well there is an unbalance brain in your head, whatever.

Sid:  Or we call it issues, thats a popular word.

Guillermo:  We don’t call sin now, we call it issues.  That’s the problem of the seeker friendly churches that we call things issues and we don’t call it as it is.  So now, we’re dealing with the branches, not with the root.  That’s why the people keep bowing into this problem.  And now remember I’ll just finish this testimony.  This man came to me “Pastor, I love Jesus, I speak in tongues, I’m bound can you help me?”  And at that time Sid, I didn’t not have the revelation of the deliverance.  We’re talking about maybe twenty something years ago, I didn’t have the revelation of deliverance and inner healing and so I believed it in my head and my intellectual mind, but I did not believe it in practical.  Like I did not practice it, and I remember, I remember the moment that in that time I was graduated and I had a diploma, master in counseling, and psychology and I said, “Well, you know there’s nothing I can do.”  And like trying to say, well there’s no hope.  And in that precise moment the Spirit of God came upon me and I said, “In Jesus name when I said, that the man started manifesting and he pushed my, he pushed my desk and myself and suddenly I have to take authority.  Because Psychology didn’t work, Psychiatry didn’t work and all of the things that I learned secularly did not work because you know the only thing that works is the supernatural power of God and the anointing.  And as you know the scriptures, the blood and things that we all ready know that work.  And he was completely freed but this is my point, many people think “Well, I am Christian; I cannot be possessed by any demon.”  And that is the reason the enemy has used to put a foundation in this program about deliverance and healing and the healing of the whole body.  That’s the reason many people has rejected the message of deliverance because they think, what they think, “Well I’m not possessed.”  And I understand because possession has to do with ownership, spirit, soul and body.  But they forgot that Jesus, that Paul says in Ephesians 4:26 & 30 “Do not give place to the enemy.”  In other words, you cannot be possessed but you can be influenced, you can be obsessed, you can be oppressed in something in your body, in your head, in your mind.  So when Jesus talked about and this woman was demonized.  You know there are some cases that He was talking about demonized doesn’t mean possession.  However, He also, we saw Jesus praying for this man that was demon possessed, in other words he was not demonized, he was completely possessed by demons.  And other cases He talked about demonized and we have not made the difference between possessed, and demonized.  Christians cannot be possessed because the Holy Spirit lives inside of us, we understand, the owner is Jesus, not the devil.  But there are some areas, but when we’re born again we are a spirit, we have a soul and we live in a body.  We are three parts aspects as a human beings.  In other words, we are spirit, we live in a soul and we have a body.  Now in our spirit, the Holy Spirit lives inside of us so we are not possessed, he owns us.  Two, and the soul, the soul is composed by mind, emotion and will.  Those three things need to must be, must be Roman’s 12:2.  Must be renewed, transformed changed and delivered.  See what I’m saying, renewed, in other words, our soul needs to be renewed, changed, transformed and delivered.  So that is the place where demons are influenced people in their minds, in their emotions, and in their will. And why, because there has to be a legal place for them to do it.  So we are dealing now with carnal weapons trying to destroy spiritual weapons.  And that doesn’t work.

Sid:    And that’s why physiology can just go so far.  But you know the thought that’s crossing my mind 1/3 of the people that Jesus prayed for in the Bible involved deliverance.  We don’t, it’s demoted to the back room if at all, even there.  I believe there are many people that have addictions, many people that has physical problems that if they understood emotional healing, if they understood deliverance rather than saying you know “That’s just my cross, I have to carry it.”  They could be free.  And what a better testimony than, I carried my cross, Jesus set me free, I like that better.

Guillermo:   Of course, of course Sid and this is important to understand that also you know there are some things that for example this will be a good question to ask to the listeners right now.  “How do you know, you have an oppression or a obsession or influence in your mind and your emotion, in your soul or in your body?  And how do you know?  I will say it this way, if you have prayed, if you have fasted, if you have done everything that you could and nothing changes, that is an oppression right there.  Because in my own life, I can tell you Sid, I had such a spirit of rejection in me that I didn’t know, I was a preacher with a spirit of rejection.  And I had to be delivered!

Sid Roth:  You know a lot of people don’t know this but many people get rejection in the womb, I mean and they just, you know they feel like they don’t hear from God and they wonder why?  Or they can’t get there physical healing.

SID: Hello, Sid Roth here with Matt Sorger. And I know no one went away. Because Matt goes into his office, he’s a young pastor and the presence of God is there, and he’s got his laundry list of things he has to do. Would you believe as spiritual as he his, he tells God, he’s arguing, and he says, I’ve got to do all these things. I feel guilty that I haven’t done all these things. How could you do that, Matt? I mean, God is there in your room.

MATT: I know. It’s the natural tendency of the human mind. But as I was feeling these feelings of guilt for taking too much time, what I thought was too much time in prayer, God spoke to me and He said, “Matt, if you don’t have this time with me now you won’t be able to step into what I have for you in the future.” And at that time I was a young pastor. I had no idea God wanted to use me for healing, that we’d be traveling to all these nations and seeing all these wonderful things happen by the anointing of God. But I knew that day that my present moment with the Lord would determine my future ministry and calling of God.

SID: I know that had I not spent time in the Spirit with the Lord in the early days, you know what I believe, Matt? When I was praying in supernatural languages, I was prophesying my future and I didn’t even know it. That’s what I believe. But then there’s a second thing I want Matt to explain to you. When he was in college, the Lord came to him and spoke to him, and gave him some very strong instructions. What did he tell you?

MATT: This was before I had stepped into ministry. I was just getting a sense of my call, and it was the first prophetic word God ever spoke to me, and He said to me, the top of His list for me was the bottom of my list, and the bottom of my list was the top of His list, and he was going to invert it correctly. And He said the top of His list for me was the refinement of my character and the bottom of His list was the fulfillment of my ministry. And He said that He was going to cause my roots to go so deep in Him, that when the day came in the future and I would experience success in ministry, that I would be solid and I would not be moved to the right or to the left because my roots had time to go down in God with the refinement of my character. And I will say from that word, years in my life, God put me through His fire, refined me, tested me, tried me, purified my life so that as that anointing began to overflow out of my life I would be able to sustain and carry it.

SID: This is so important. No matter how old you are, God is more concerned about your character than your gifting. Get that, get that well, because Matt now is seeing the most amazing miracles. But before we get to even some of those miracles, there was another key that happened in your life, and that was you had an opportunity just before Oral Roberts went to Heaven to be prayed for. And you asked him to meet a very important question. What was that question?

MATT: I asked him, it was a few months before he went home to be with the Lord. I asked him, what was the key to his miracle ministry? To the miracles he saw in his tent meetings. And I was surprised a little bit by his answer. I shouldn’t have been, but I was a little surprised.

SID: I would have thought, I got an anointing and miracles happen wherever I go. That’s what I would have expected him to say.

MATT: Exactly. Or I was expecting him to say something about faith. And he looked at us, there was a small group of us there, and he said, “A lot of people would think it was my faith that was the main key for all the miracles we saw.” He said, “But everyone has faith. The Bible says we all have faith.” He said, “I don’t have to seek for faith. God has given us the faith. That’s what the Word says.” He said, “But when I go into my hotel room before a crusade, I would begin to pray for God to give me His love for the people.” He said, “As God began to fill my heart with love, the miracles exploded to a whole new level in the meetings.”

SID: So out of curiosity, since he told you that, how do you pray before a meeting?

MATT: I began to pray for God’s love. And I don’t pray it even just before a meeting. I make it a part of my daily prayer life. Lord, constantly fill my heart with your love. Overflow my heart with your compassion. And you know, when you study the Word, you see it. The Bible says Jesus was moved with compassion and he healed the sick. Galatians 5 says that, “Faith works through the love.” And the amplified explains it this way. Faith is motivated by love, energized by love, set into motion by love and love is actually the key that ignites faith.

SID: Okay. How would you like to go to India with Matt to a leper colony and love these people? These are people that are the lowest level of society. No one, they probably have never been touched since they started with their leprosy. What did you and our team do there?

MATT: The Lord sent us there and we had fed the lepers, we sat with them. We had women on our team sit in the dirt with their arms around other women that had leprosy. Their hands were falling off. Parts of their face, I mean, open sores. But this love of God overwhelmed our hearts. And we laid hands on them, hugged them, prayed for them. And after we left…

SID: Wait a second. You hugged a leper? Don’t you, Matt, didn’t your mother tell you it’s contagious?

MATT: It is contagious.

SID: You saw what happens to someone with leprosy. All their skin comes off.

MATT: I know.

SID: I mean you really embraced them?

MATT: Yes we did. And you know what? And that’s where my faith is at, because I know as a believer in Jesus, we’re covered with the blood of Jesus. My faith says before sickness can touch my body it has to go through the blood of Jesus first, and it will die before it gets to me. So that was my faith. But when we got home from that trip, the pastor from India called us weeping on the other end of the phone.” Matt, we went back to the leper colony and the lepers told us, when that white man came in and put his hand on us we felt something in our bodies and the leprosy has stopped.” And the pastor was weeping because he had never seen this happen before where the lepers were getting healed, not only healed, they were getting loved and they were receiving healing on the inside and on the outside.

SID ROTH: Just as Matt shared that, the love of God just erupted. And I pray in Yeshua’s name that Matt will operate in that compassion when we come back. Don’t go away.
