SID: Hello. Sid Roth here and I’m on the edge of my seat. I want to find out what God has shown Hank Kunneman in reference, you saw President Obama signing legislation and what happened then?

HANK: Well a wind came through. It was a spiritual wind that blew through.

SID: This was bad legislation.

HANK: Yeah, bad legislation. In fact, the Lord is saying, too, and I want people in the United States, and really those around the world because what a lot of things happen in the United States affects the world. It’s gonna look like we’re going backwards for the next 12 to 24 months. And it will look like what is going on. Lord, are you answering our prayers? What’s happening? What is up with this legislation? And all of a sudden God is going to do something. There’s a wind that’s gonna begin to blow. This window is beginning to open up. God is literally reaching towards President Obama’s heart, and we need to pray that he reaches back to do what’s honorable, to do what’s right in the sight of Almighty God. God is gonna hold this man accountable with his relationship and knowledge of Jesus, and we need to pray that God will continue to surround this man with godly counsel. Now with the legislation, the Lord showed a wind and this wind, Sid, with such force, came in and blew literally the paperwork and began to overturn the legislation. And the Lord said, “What has been done in the open,” I mean such blatant legislation that many of us are looking at it going, what is going on? The Lord said, “As blatant as it’s been in public I’m gonna do a public display to overturn it.” And I’m telling you, there’s something with this 2010, a generation of youth, that is going to rise up and they’re gonna be part of a generation that is going to take back some of the things that was pushed out, like in the baby boomer generation, and the Lord is even gonna get a harvest of the baby boomers and begin to cause them to rise up like never before and take back certain things in our nation.

SID: What do you see for the Supreme Court?

HANK: Well there’s another shift that’s getting ready to take place. In fact, I remember when the Lord first prophesied that there would be two Supreme Court justices, we haven’t had a shift in the court for years, and I remember prophesying that. And the Lord said the exact month that the first one would happen, and it happened, of course, a few years ago. And then He said there would be a total of three Supreme Court justices, which we did. But then He said there would come another shift and we would see a retiring take place. But He said this. He said, “One will fall from their seat.” And there would be a particular seat that has been held and it will look again like the court is gonna go in an opposite direction. But the Lord is getting to shift the courts in a way, once again, towards this legislation. Here’s the thing we have to remember.

SID: Shift the court in a godly way?

HANK: Towards what is right, and I’m gonna tell you why. Now to some people they may think, sure, right. We have to remember, God can change the heart of any man, and that’s really what we need to be praying for, is that God gets a hold of the heart of every man. Do you know that if they’re voted in and they believe a certain way and they stand in their judgment as the Supreme Court justice, do you know if God touches their heart they could change?

SID: Absolutely.

HANK: And that’s what the Lord is getting ready to do. There’s coming a shift on the courts again, and it will look like we’re going backwards. But the Lord is gonna begin to literally become the judge over the courts and we’re gonna see a lot of this legislation get overturned.

SID: So we could see America’s greatest days. You know, if you’re like many Bible believers and you see all the negative things and all you speak is the negative things rather than what you want to see happen, you’re actually helping. It says, “Can two walk together unless they be agreed.” Start agreeing that America’s greatest days are ahead. So Hank, you have these great prophetic words that have proven, I’ve research them, you have them on tape, you’ve said them on national television. I know you hear from God, but what about the person that’s watching right now? Are they Swiss cheese? Can they hear from God?

HANK: Yes because, first of all, there is a man in the Bible named Ananias. He ministered one of the most simple words to one of the greatest leaders, a guy named Apostle Paul, and all he heard was, “Go to a street called Straight.” That’s all he heard.

SID: So he changed the destiny of the world by going to the street called Straight.

HANK: Yeah. And in the Bible he was called a brother. You never hear of him again. And so yes. In fact, the Bible gives us a wonderful promise of the Holy Spirit, and I love it because it talks about the supernatural days that you and I are living, and that our sons and daughters will prophecy. Young men shall see visions and dreams, old men. And so, yeah, common people, common people hearing and doing the uncommon things. That’s gonna become more prevalent because of the supernatural day that we’re in.

SID: See, I believe that there’s going to be such a move on young people and it will be natural for them. They’re not gonna be like us going so many years and just being involved in religion. They’re gonna, like a rocket, they’re gonna take off. It will be normal for them to hear God’s voice. And for those of you that it’s not normal, I believe it’s about ready to get normal. Hank, what is God telling you about my favorite country, Israel?

HANK: Israel. Well let me tell you what is gonna happen, not only in Israel, but I feel something happening. Real quick, I just want to speak to you right now those watching by this camera, and I see in the name of Jesus of Nazareth, I see a spirit that is trying to speak to those that are watching in the area of suicide, and I break the power right now that’s trying to speak into your mind, and I break it in Jesus’ name. I say that that will not cause you to take your life in the name of Jesus. Now there’s others that are watching, in fact, the young. There’s some young people. I see tremendous audience of young. And I declare that the anointing of the Lord shall touch your eyes, shall touch your ears, that you will begin to see and hear, and know the plans and the secrets of God. For it was a prophet that opened the eyes of a young man to see in the spirit, and I decree that now over you to begin to have visions and dreams, and to see. And I even see a leader. There’s someone, a political leader. You’re watching. You don’t think anybody knows, but God does. And you’re asking about what to do. I declare over you now the spirit of wisdom rest upon you and I declare in the night hour that you shall be visited by the Lord and you will have the answer. Get a piece of paper and a pencil. Write down what will be said, and I tell you it will be the answer that you’re searching for. Israel, Sid, America, the United States is getting ready. I mean, it’s already in process. It’s kind of like the domino. All it takes is one domino and the rest of the dominos fall. Something is happening. A Jewish revival like we’ve never seen before is hitting the United States.

SID: You know, I feel a fire in my bones that this is God’s moment to have mercy on Israel and the Jewish people.

HANK: It is. It’s their window, too. Yes. Now one thing with Israel, and we really need to pray, and of course, we know this. They’re trying to push Israel into signing certain things. And I saw them literally getting pushed to a table. And the United States basically was threatening and saying that they were gonna pull out and they were gonna cut certain ties. And this was very real when I had this vision. And all of a sudden, Israel is being pushed to the table and there was tremendous tension between Israel and the United States. And at the last moment they pushed away and said, “No, we’re not gonna do this.” And I just really believe that we really need to be praying for Israel, not only because of the visitation of God coming, but because the Lord wants them not to be pushed into something politically.

SID: Quickly, Iran. What do you see?

HANK: There’s gonna be a regime change still in Iran. I thought it was gonna happen a few years ago. But watch. The youth are rumbling in that nation. God is visiting the youth and the youth are going to lead and begin to rise up, and there will be a regime change to protect Israel.

SID: Did you hear what Hank said? God is rearranging this whole world for the greatest move of His spirit in history. Literally, spiritual scales are coming off the eyes of Jewish people and they’re having experiences with Jesus. Spiritual scales are coming off the eyes of Muslims and they’re having experiences with Jesus. And I say that spiritual scales are coming off of your eyes right now. They’re coming off of your eyes right now. And if you will say, “I believe that Jesus died for my sins and I make him my Lord,” just say it with your mouth, your words, “and come and live inside of me,” you are ready to have the greatest adventure of your life. There is not a close second. Knowing God is everything. Knowing about Him, nothing.

SID: Hello. Sid Roth here with Hank Kunneman and God has entrusted to Hank to hear his secrets about countries, about people in high authority. And Hank, before the break we were talking about for some reason you prophesied a lot about weather, but it has meanings beneath the meanings.

HANK: Right.

SID: For instance, snow.

HANK: Okay. The Lord prophesied specifically what year that these blizzards would come that we’ve seen all across the nation. And the reason why is, for example, Miriam in the Bible had what was called leprosy and it was compared to be as white as snow. Now leprosy, many times is like sin. And so God is saying over the United States is there is sin. There’s lawlessness, darkness like never before. People are turning away from the Lord. We’re in danger of bringing in a lot of false Gods and false images that are–

SID: I just can’t believe what is going on so rapidly. I mean, anyone can see with their eyes. The sin is almost taking over in some areas.

HANK: But the beautiful part of it, and this is what snow represents. When David sinned he said, “Lord, cleanse me. Wash me whiter than snow.” And it was after he sinned before the whole nation. So it was a national affecting sin that he did. And we have seen sins that are affecting our nation. The elements are responding to it. And what happened is with this cleansing is, always remember, impurities come first to the top. So a lot of what we’re seeing is impurities. Sometimes with the elements like snow and the rain, and hail, and different things is a response to God’s glory or God’s presence coming. And in the Bible, and for those that are watching, anytime that God came in the scripture, many times there was hail, there was lightening, there was earthquakes. It was always when God’s presence was coming. Sometimes when Jesus was coming into a city there would be a great storm that would try to stop him or the disciples, which those storms were not God doing it. It was the devil trying to stop the glory from going. So I think we’ve seen some of this with, for example, the snow and the weather elements.

SID: I mean, it was so amazing how many states had snow.

HANK: Yes. Well I was in Washington, D.C. and when I was in Washington, D.C. there’s a legislation that they were getting ready to sign into law. And the Lord said to them, “They will sign this into law and watch what happens when they sign it into law. There will be another blizzard that will come because I will not only bring a cleansing, but I’m also going to reveal the sin that has taken place in this land.” And God is really looking to the prayers of the righteous. He’s looking to a few people who will really cry out to Him. And if Moses to cry out for his nation and change the destiny of a nation, how much more can you and I, if we’re willing to cry out and really ask God to touch our nation in an incredible way. God will listen and He is listening. And so the snow marked, I believe, not only revealing the sin that the Lord is looking at in our nation, but it’s also revealing the glory, His presence, His power that is colliding with Planet Earth. It also reveals the convulsion and the weight of sin that is in our nation that the elements are responding, the earth is growing and convulsing at the weight of sin. It also represents the enemy who is trying to stop what God wants to do in this day. Sid, there is something that’s happening though that I think is very important. We are entering into a season. This snow was kind of a pre-warning, just like Methuselah’s name in the Bible meant that there was a flood coming. God is saying with this snow and this cleansing that there’s a window now, a prophetic window that’s being opened over the United States specifically, where God is reaching towards this nation, giving this nation an opportunity to reach back to Him, and he specifically, we mentioned in a prior part of the show about President Obama. And there some people–

SID: Yes. What is God showing you about him? Because he’s such an intriguing person.

HANK: Yes.

SID: You’re either for him or against him. I’ve never seen such a division in the United States.

HANK: Well I was in Chicago back in 2006. There was a church there. And I was just prophesying and the spirit of God said, He yelled and He said, “Listen, Chicago.” He said, “Shall you,” talking about Chicago and He said, “In America, shall you have an African-American president. Shall he be raised up in this day and age.” God gave conditions and said that we really needed to pray for the president that would arise. And that is always our responsibility. Listen, we should always pray of our leaders. And God specifically is reaching right now towards President Obama. There’s a window being open where God is gonna reach to the heart of this man and we have got to be positioned to pray for him that he will reach back. And this window is very, very important because it’s not just God reaching towards President Obama. It’s really God reaching towards our nation. There’s a scripture and maybe you don’t read the Bible, but I want to encourage you. There is a powerful scripture that I want to encourage you where the Lord gave a nation a test and it’s in Jeremiah, Chapter 18, where God said, “Listen, if desire to pluck up and to root out, and if the people will choose to do good,” even though God intended one thing, then the Lord will retract and He’ll do good. But then he says this: “If I the Lord desires to do good but the people don’t respond,” okay, in the opportunity that God gives, then God has no choice. And so we really are in a place right now.

SID: So America is at a crossroads.

HANK: We’re in a crossroads. We’re in a window.

SID: President Obama is in a crossroads.

HANK: Yes, yes. And I believe this. You know, Nicodemus came to Jesus at night. And I have a prophesied this a few times because I don’t care what president rises. Now, I mean, obviously I care because you want them to uphold the things of the Lord. You want them to stand righteous. But what I’m saying is it’s not a political thing for me. My responsibility is to prophesy the heart and the will of the Lord, whether people agree with that, whether they like that or not. And one of the things that Lord is trying to say to us is, listen, if he can visit a man in a Bible named Nebuchadnezzar in a dream, okay, if God can visit Pontius Pilot’s wife to where Pontius Pilot started backing away from this Jesus, I’m gonna tell you, God can visit this president. And I believe that the Lord can do something in this nation. Let me give you an encouragement. We were praying in a particular service and all of a sudden I heard this loud wind, and again, the snow was a sign of sin cleansing, glory getting read to come, and now this wind. And the Lord said, “Watch what begins to take place.” They’re gonna report even in the natural, first the natural then the spirit, they’re gonna start reporting about the wind and the wind being a sign to this nation. And I saw this wind blowing very strong, Sid, in the White House, and it began to blow through where President Obama was. I saw his desk and there was certain legislations that were being signed into law that you and I would go, what is going on? And there was things that were grievous to the Lord, that they were being literally signed.

SID: Into law.

HANK: Into law.

SID: I’ll tell you what. Hold that thought. We’ll be back right after this word. I know you’re not going to go away.

SID: Hello. Sid Roth here. Welcome to my world where it’s naturally supernatural. My guest, Hank Kunneman, Hank knows things that are going to happen in the future. And one of the things I like to do about prophets is to find out what they have said in the past and whether it’s come to pass. Now God talked to you about the U.S. presidential election of Bush and Gore. What did he tell you?

HANK: Well one of the things, back in 1999, it was during the summer months and even into the fall, the Lord actually gave a vision when I was ministering in some conferences, and He showed me that a hand was coming out of the earth, was trying to raise up Al Gore from the earth, Sid. But then, a shaft of light came down and hit that hand and the word of the Lord was that Al Gore would not be president. And of course, that day we know what happened when they announced it first on Election Day, it looked like completely opposite. But then there was a hand–

SID: All right. You must have been pretty nervous there watching on Election Day.

HANK: Sure. Well you have your integrity on the line and many people heard what the Lord was saying during that election, and that Al Gore would not be the president, but instead, that the Lord was placing President Bush over the White House to be president. And of course, that’s what happened. Let me just say it this way. You know, God always wants to speak to a generation and He always wants to let people know what is taking place. You know that there is a scripture that says, “Disasters upon disasters, rumors upon rumors, then they’re going to seek a vision from the prophet.” And God wants to speak His secrets and share them in the earth in this day, today. And so politically, for example, we shouldn’t be surprised. God spoke to kings in the Old Testament. There was always those that sought for the word of the Lord. You know, I was in a meeting one time and all of a sudden, Sid, they ushered me in the back and I was looking, and I could see security all around me. And I thought, “What am I doing? Now this must be a pretty important person for all this security.” And all of a sudden they said, “We want you to minister to this man.” And they didn’t tell me anything about him. They said, “We want you to minister to this man.” And he stood there with his suit on and he looked very polished, and I knew that he was someone of very powerful prominence. All of a sudden I laid my hand upon him and the Lord, when He speaks, He’ll speak to you, sometimes you’ll hear something, sometimes you’ll see something, sometimes you’ll say something. The moment I touched him, all of a sudden I began to see his desk and I began to declare over his life that he was the leader of a nation. In fact, he was a president over this particular nation. And the Lord began to describe to him six things that was on his desk that he was getting ready to make decisions for his nation, and he was really struggling with are these the right decisions? Are these the right things that I should really make into law or bring before the nation? Not only did God reveal six things about his nation and decisions, but the Lord began to deal with him about his life. After I was done tears were coming down his face. And do you know what he said?

SID: What’s that?

HANK: He said, “I have sought psychics. I have sought those in the occult. I’ve sought priests and different ones in the ministry.” But he said, “Young man, when you speak to me you’ve told me things that nobody else knows and you make my bones rattle.” So that’s a case of someone just recently, as well as in the one in 1999.

SID: But you know, going back a little bit, when you were a new believer in the Messiah you had a visitation from an angel and literally were set up to be able to speak to people in high places. Explain that.

HANK: That’s right. Well first of all I didn’t have any pizza, so I knew it wasn’t a pizza dream, you know, like they always say that. I believe that God will minister the supernatural if you keep things simple, if your heart is pure, if your heart is right especially. And I was just praying, and all of a sudden what took place is I saw an angel walk into my room and I was praying on my bed. And the next thing I know he grabbed my hand and lifted me up, and I was carried away into a vision. I wasn’t afraid. It wasn’t like that. It was more of a fear and I knew that God was up to something. And I was carried what felt like I was moving very fast and I was moving what seemed like through what we would call space or something like that. And I came down on a platform, Sid, and there was another angel to meet me, and he had a scroll in his hand. And at that moment he told me to eat the scroll and then he said to me, Sid, “Now look.” And I looked down and it was the most incredible thing that I saw. I saw people as far as my eyes could see, and there were the tongues and tribes of many nations. And the angel of the Lord said, “God has anointed you to be a prophet, to be a spokesman to the nations to reveal the heart of the Father, to reveal the secrets to mankind.” And that’s really when it started after that moment. The Lord began to deal with me over nations, politically, End Time events. I’ve ministered to different people that had been heads of state, different leaders.

SID: Take that man you were telling us about. Was he the president of a country?

HANK: Yes. He was the president of a particular country, yeah. And he was seeking the supernatural. See, this is what people don’t realize. You know, never get discouraged about your leader because God wants to speak to them, and if we pray just like in the days. My wife has been saying it a lot lately is God is getting ready to visit people, especially in the political realm.

SID: Okay, what is God showing you about President Obama?

HANK: Well one of the things that I think is very important, and there was a sign given to this nation, in December of 2008 into 2009, every conference I was going I felt like the weatherman. But we shouldn’t be surprised that in the spirit we should have a pulse. We should have an understanding of what God is saying. Elijah dealt with the rain, for example, in scripture. The Lord kept saying, “Prophesy about 2009 into 2010 a decade.” Not just a new year, 2010, but a decade. God said, “It would mark blizzards would a sign unto the United States that I’m cleansing the nation because of sin and because I’m gonna open a window over the nation and give them an opportunity that is very, very unique.” And so of course, if you remember what’s happened is they reported all over the news, some say 50 states at the same time, including Hawaii, the volcanoes, had a touch of snow on them. Others are saying 49 out of 50 states at the same time had a touch of snow. Snow is very interesting because, for example, in scripture–

SID: Let me, actually, before you even get to the snow, tell me what it’s like hear things for a nation, proclaim it publicly and then see it happen?

HANK: Well it’s a big responsibility, because I’ve had times where I’ve proclaimed something over a nation and it didn’t even look like it was gonna happen, and it looked like the very opposite of what I said. So you feel a responsibility because, especially when you speak to a head of state.

SID: But when it was the opposite did it eventually come to pass?

HANK: Yes, it eventually did come to pass.

SID: I mean, I have looked at a number of these prophecies, but the thing that God showed Hank about snow is just so amazing. Don’t go away. Be right back after this word.

SID: Hello, Sid Roth your investigative reporter here with Joan Pearce. No one should have to go through what Joan was going through, but she found herself at a Full Gospel Businessmen’s meeting and she thought all those people were crazy. She ran out to the car just to get out of there and her neighbor was smart. She said, “Joan, I need to be prayed for. I’m going to go back.” So did you go back with her?

JOAN: Yes, I went back with her so she could be prayed for because I didn’t want them to be praying for me at all.

SID: Right.

JOAN: And she takes me right up to the evangelist and she said, “She needs prayer.” And I went oh no, I’ve been tricked. And so when the evangelist went to pray for me, he started praying for me and I felt sick, and all of a sudden, anyway to make a long story short, he commanded an evil spirit to come out of me, and I felt something leave me, I literally felt something come out of my body and come out of me. And he shared a little bit of Jesus with me, but he didn’t get me saved. But that night I had an awesome encounter, and in that encounter Jesus came to me and my room became brighter than the sun, and Jesus said, “I am the way, the truth and the light. You need me.” And I woke up from this encounter.

SID: Joan, what did Jesus look like?

JOAN: He just glowed. He radiated love. There is no way, to the viewers there is no way to explain the experience I had. All I can say is Jesus is so beautiful, and when you see Jesus all you feel is love. And you’ve got to remember I was raised in a family with no love, and the love overwhelmed me in such a way that I passed out. I don’t how to explain this but I literally when I saw Jesus passed out and then my room became brighter than the sun and I just collapsed. And when I woke up in the morning I was having my coffee, I started thinking, as I was drinking my coffee I was thinking I’m going to be Mormon any day because I was going to be baptized Mormon that weekend, that’s how, cut it real close there. And as I was looking at my coffee cup, the Lord showed me a vision, open vision, I had never had an open vision before, I saw the heavens open up, and I saw a vision of everyone that ever witnessed to me in my life. I saw somebody saying to me when I was four, “Jesus loves you.” And other people I saw, it was like a flash, I saw everything. And all of a sudden I saw that this evil spirit came out of me and

I ran to my room and I saw that, I called on the name of Jesus I ran into my room, dropped on my knees, right in my own house and threw my hands up in the air and I said,

“Jesus you’re real, you’re real, you’re real. I’ll live for you, I’ll die for you, I’ll serve you, I’ll do what ever you ask me to do. Jesus help me. Come into my life.” And I’ve never been the same. I’ve been telling people about Jesus ever since.

SID: So the whole deal isn’t religion; the whole deal is knowing Jesus.

JOAN: Jesus.

SID: Okay, you started a Bible study. Problem. You didn’t know how to read.

JOAN: Right.

SID: So what happened?

JOAN: I didn’t know how to read. God told me to start a Bible study in my house and I said, “Well I don’t know how to read Lord.” And everybody laughed at me too, because I actually wrote two books before I could even read and people discouraged me of that. But how many people can write two books before they could read, it’s unheard of. Only God. People say who wrote those books. I say, I didn’t, the Holy Spirit wrote them. But I’m doing a Bible study, and I’m getting ready to do a Bible study, and all I want to say to all the viewers, just hear God and obey. That’s the answer to everything in our life. I heard God say do a Bible study and I said I don’t know how to read. He said, “Just obey me Joan.” So I went out and invited neighbors, I said, “Who do I invite? He said, “Invite the Mormons, the Jehovah Witnesses, the Christian Science,” He said, “You invite everybody that, everybody, it’s not denominations. So I went out and invited people in my neighborhood and they laughed at me but that’s okay. And I knocked on one of the doors and one of the doors I knocked on I said, “I’m doing a Bible Study at my house, would you like to come?” And she said, “Come in honey.” And she took me under her wing and said yes you can do it even if you don’t know how to read. And her name was Gertrude Wright, which was John G. Lake’s daughter. And so John G. Lake’s daughter lived right in my neighborhood, came to my Bible study, and I couldn’t read, and a bunch of ladies laid hands on my head and said, “God supernaturally teach her to read.” And for the first time ever in my life Sid, I wanted to read. You see, my step dad made it so I hated reading cause he used to beat me, right. And he abused me so in my heart I said I’m never learning to read, I’ll fix you; which was anger.

SID: So how did you learn to read? They prayed for you but how did you learn?

JOAN: My Father in heaven said, “I’m going to teach you to read, if you will read.” God said, “If you will read from Genesis to Revelation in one year, I will put you in fulltime ministry. And I’m going like “I don’t know how to read.” And the Lord said, “Read Genesis to Revelation in one year.” And I opened the Book the day after they praised, and all of a sudden I knew what every word was. I just, no man taught me to read. God, supernaturally, in a twinkling of an eye, one minute I couldn’t read, one minute I could.

SID: In the twinkling of an eye, how in the world did you get a two million dollar business?

JOAN: Oh in the twinkling of an eye after I got saved you know from that experience at the Full Gospel Men’s meeting. I was so overwhelmed with my love for Jesus that I went to the Full Gospel Men’s meeting every month and I endorsed my paycheck. I didn’t know about tithing. I got a check on the first and a check on the fifteenth so I just took my paycheck, signed my name off, dropped it in, not knowing when you give to God, He blesses. All of a sudden, in a month it went to another, it just went like from here to top in the nation, and within six months God spoke to me again, I just learned to hear God. In a prayer meeting God said, “You will own your own business before this week’s up.” And that was on a Monday. Friday afternoon to Salt Lake City, and the president of the United States of this business, and the worldwide president of this business said to me, they called me into this special meeting and they go, “What have you been working for and what do you want more than anything in the world?” They are looking at me and of course I have just accepted Jesus and I said, “that everybody knows Jesus.” And they say, “Okay, that’s good, but what do you want second?” I said, “There’s no second to Jesus.” And they go, “Okay down to earth Joan. What have you been working for in this company for for eight years?” And I said, “Oh to own my own business.” And they said, “We have a franchise for you. There’s only two openings a year and you have to be the top in the nation to get these franchisees.” They said, “We have an opening for you and we want you to go up and check it out.” And I just looked at them and I smiled and I said I don’t have to. And they go why? And I said, Are you planning on giving any other openings between now and Sunday?” And they go no. And I says, “God told me on Monday and I’ve already told my children we’re moving, I’ve already told my mom I’m moving and everybody said where are you moving to, and I said I don’t know but God told me before the week is out I will own my own company and you are offering me a company on Friday and God told me on.”

SID: Yeah, but you didn’t have the money for this company.

JOAN: I know.

SID: How did you get the money?

JOAN: I told them that, I said, they said, “We need two hundred and fifty thousand for this and one hundred and eighteen thousand, anyway it was four hundred and fifty thousand all together.” And I just looked at these guys and said I have no money. And they walked off for a few minutes and they came back and said, “We don’t know why we’re doing this but we are going to give you this business, interest free, for, you have seven years to pay it back?”

SID: Okay, it was a million dollar business. How long did it take you to make it a two million dollar business?

JOAN: I didn’t do it, God did. One month.

SID: Did you hear that? One month.

JOAN: I went from one million to two million.

SID: Very quickly, your children, do they know God?

JOAN: They all know God now.

SID: Do they know Jesus?

JOAN: Yes.

SID: Okay. You’re married?

JOAN: Yes.

SID: What about that dad?

JOAN: You know what God did? I got ready to go to the Philippines after He taught me to read. I was getting ready to go on a mission trip and the Lord says you’re not going any further and I cannot increase the anointing on your life until you deal with an issue. And I said, what is that Lord? And He said go make a trip to your step dad and you tell him you’re sorry. And I went what? I said, God I’m not going to go tell my step dad I’m sorry. I was seven, he was a grown up man. He was sexually abusing me, he was beating me. What do you mean God?” And the Lord says, “You have anger and hate in you and I cannot use you and the anointing on your life is at this level and it will not go no further until you forgive your step dad and forgive everybody that has ever hurt you in your life.” And that was the hardest thing I ever did, Sid.

SID: but you know what? Let me explain something to you. She did it. She became free. I wish we had the time, we don’t. Miracles happen when she speaks if you will just do what God says. You know what, I haven’t heard His voice. Well, why don’t you start doing what He says in His written word? You can read. You don’t have an excuse. Start reading the words of Jesus. Start reading the entire New Testament. Find out about the one person that loves you no matter what you’ve ever done; the one person that accepts you. The one person that can look inside of you and say there is a destiny on your life because God could, would, and desire to do this for Joan; He could, would and desires to do it for you. So stop looking back, stop feeling sorry for yourself, repent for your sins, believe the blood of Jesus washes away your sins and ask Jesus to become your Lord, live inside of you. Start reading that Bible, start recognizing how loved and precious you are. You are God’s person. 

SID: Hello, Sid Roth your investigative reporter here with Joan Pierce. If you think you are in a hopeless situation, what until you hear how hopeless Joan ‘s situation was, two children, third on the way, on place to live, no money, can’t read, no where to go, she’s in a phone booth, she cries in desperation, “God, help, help.” And a miracle happened. She hears God’s voice. And God said, “Go to the donut shop.”  The donut shop?  And call a woman you’ve met there and you call this woman and she arranges for you to have housing, you have your third child, you go into your apartment, and you are shocked.  What do you see?

JOAN: I am shocked. Because I had nothing, the house was filled with cribs, bassinets, not only that but on the sofa was clothes for my boy, Alan, clothes for my boy, Rob, and I just stood there holding my baby and I started crying. And I said, “Who do I thank, who do I thank?” And this lady said, now she was not a Christian, she said, “I went,” she smoked, she cussed, she was just a cantankerous wonderful lady, you know. She said, “I went, I typed a letter of what your needs was, and I went out to about 14 churches and I in and I said I want to speak to the guy that’s in charge, I don’t know if he’s the priest or the pastor, whatever you call the guy in charge, I want to talk to him.” And she got right in their face. And she’d go into the pastor and she’d go, “I don’t know what it says in that Bible you guys read every Sunday, but there’s a lady that has needs and I’m sure somewhere in that Bible it says you’re supposed to take care of people with needs. Here’s her needs, do something about it. The house is unlocked, fix it.

SID: You know Joan, what amazes me is God chose a non-Christian to bless you. I’m wondering if most of the Christians would have been too busy, but let’s not go, let’s not go there right now, but then, things went downhill.

JOAN: What happened? What happened is they filled the house with furniture and food and clothes, but no body, no body came back to get me the greatest gift of all wasn’t the furniture and the baby clothes, because for months I would, every time I’d put a new outfit on that little baby I’d go, “Oh thank you God, oh thank you God.” And I would just cry, I would just cry but little by little because nobody came back to tell me about Jesus. Nobody cared about my, they took a care of the physical needs, but nobody took care of the spiritual needs. Little by little: trying to earn money because I wanted to be rich. I went from poor, I wanted to be rich, I had this in my head, I am going to be rich.

SID: Listen, you became the second leading sales person in this international company you are with. How in the world did you get from there to there?

JOAN: God.

SID: All right, but in addition to that, all these other things going against you, you can’t even read? How do you go into business?

JOAN: Oh, well I got this little girl next door to come over and she’d read everything for me. And I would pay her to read.

SID: Don’t you ever say I can’t do it anymore after you hear what happened to Joan. Go ahead Joan.

JOAN: I hired people to read what I needed to read, and so anyway I was trying to be successful.

SID: How did you have any confidence at all with the background you came from? You should have been, ‘I don’t want anyone to see me.’ And just have a pity party your whole life.

JOAN: Well, you know what? I just want to share this with you, Sid. Some people when they are sexually abused go introvert, and some people who are sexually abused, which I was, become angry. And I became extremely angry and after a while, after I forgot about how God blessed me I was mad at God, mad at people, and I had this anger that motivated me, so it was like a demon actually.

SID: I see.

JOAN: You follow what I’m saying?

SID: Yes.

JOAN: There was something pushing me. And so when I couldn’t get my drugs after about five or six years in this business, one day I hurt my daughter, I stabbed her, this little girl that I had brought home from the hospital, seven years later in a rage, I was doing a shag rug and she was bugging me about something, and without even, cause I was demon possessed, I don’t know if your viewers believe in demons, I was a little Catholic woman girl, and I got to know about demons like first hand, and I will tell you in a second, and all of a sudden I went like this, she was driving me crazy and I had this shave rug thing, with a hook on it, a poker, and I went wow, and before I knew it I had it stuck in her leg all the way into the bone, and I saw myself, I saw myself with this poker thing stuck in my daughters leg and I was like, and she’s screaming, “You’re crazy mom, you’re crazy, you’re crazy.” And she took off, I pulled it out of her leg, and she took off to her room and she pushed her little furniture in front of her door. And I sat there and said, “I’m crazy. Cary please let me see you, please Cary, let me get you to the doctors, let me get you somewhere.” And you know I took her to the hospital and she had to have a tetanus shot, but it was a clean cut, but I knew then that there was something seriously wrong with me. And all of a sudden, at right about that time in my life, my neighbor that was across the street, Pentecostal lady, which I used to laugh at, she had these bumper stickers, Jesus loves you, hallelujah, praise God, and I used to go, “Aw, she’s a holy roller, she’s a fruitcake.” But she started coming over and telling me that Jesus loved me, and I’d say, “Jesus can’t love me.” And I called the Mormon Church, and my sister was Mormon because we were Catholic and Mormon. And so I realized I needed to be a better mother, so I called the Mormon Church and said, “Send the missionaries here so I can learn how to be a good mom.” Well, the missionaries started coming over teaching me Mormonism, and when my neighbor saw it she came over and said don’t listen to what they’re saying. And she said, “I want to tell you about Jesus.” And I said, “What do you care?” You’ve been my neighbor for three years, you know I’ve been over here crazy.” And I says, “Why didn’t you come earlier?” And she says, “Well now the Mormons are here, so now I’m coming.” But anyway to make a long story short, because we don’t have the time for it, she kept working on me for nine months, and the Mormons kept coming, and actually the Jehovah Witnesses started coming and everybody coming. I was really confused. She finally got me to go with her to a meeting. She told me it was a Catholic priest speaking, and it wasn’t. It was an ex-priest, and it was a full gospel men’s meeting. And she got me there and I felt the presence of God, and everyone was speaking in tongues and it’s like I got to get out of here. Cause I had a demon in me. I said I don’t want to stay here, I want to get out. So anyway at the end of the meeting she says, “Do you want the man to pray for you? And I went, “No way.” So we got out in the car and she says’ “I want him to pray for me do you mind going back so he can pray for me?” She’s smart.

SID: Very tricky. I’ll tell you what, hold that thought, we’ll find out what happened to Joan. Imagine she got straightened and became what we call a minch, and had a two million dollar business. Don’t go away, we’ll be right back.
