Our Guest Mark Taylor and Mary Colbert
KYNAN: So you’re binding what someone else is loosing and you’re loosing what someone else is binding.
MARY: That’s good.
KYNAN: And not being in one accord.
MARY: That’s a good one.
KYNAN: How important is having the right knowledge of what’s going on? Having this information knowing that there are people praying today. There are things happening.
MARY: Right.
KYNAN: The Church is involved in what’s happening. How important is that in the narrative?
MARY: Well the most important thing I think right now that we’ve all got to get on the same page and that is that the word of God is the word of God. We’ve got to believe – see what this – there’s a philosophy out there that there’s no absolute.
KYNAN: Right.
MARY: Well they’re absolutely wrong!
KYNAN: That’s right!
MARY: There are absolutes!
KYNAN: Yes.
MARY: And the Bible, as the Church we’ve got to all agree is the absolute word of God.
KYNAN: That’s right.
MARY: And that this belief that there’s more than one way to heaven – there’s, multiple paths to heaven.
KYNAN: Right.
MARY: People say, oh there’s, many roads to heaven.
KYNAN: That’s right.
MARY: Well there may be many roads to heaven but there’s only one way through that gate!
KYNAN: That’s right! [laughs]
MARY: [laughs] It’s what I like to say!
KYNAN: You can’t stay there if you’re in the wrong gate. [laughs]
MARY: Yeah that gate. He called it. Either Jesus is the truth or He’s a liar.
KYNAN: Mmm.
MARY: Period!
KYNAN: That’s right.
MARY: Either He told the truth or He’s the biggest liar that ever walked!
KYNAN: That’s right.
MARY: Well I like to choose to believe He is the truth. He says I am the way, the truth, and the life! So He says NO ONE enters the Father except through Me!
KYNAN: Yeah.
