Our Guest Eddie James
SID: Hello. Sid Roth here with Eddie James. And he’s doing what he’s supposed to do naturally. It says that the gentile is to provoke the Jew to jealousy. But this is ridiculous. You see angels all the time. They look like humans. Tell me about this one angel that the same one you keep bumping into.
EDDIE: It’s interesting. My father, when I would work with him in construction, we would go places to eat and this one angel would just show up. And the first time this angel came, came in human form, kind of mid-age individual male, and he spoke to me and said, “You’ve been anointed with God for great work, and I’ve come to visit you and to release the anointing into your life. Every time I show up, I’m going to release these things into your spirit. I’m releasing the anointing of God.”
SID: So every time you bump into him, he releases things to you. Very briefly, tell me about the angel that was a fireman. He put out the fire.
EDDIE: Oh my goodness. Okay.
SID: That’s okay. I’m just getting cute.
EDDIE: This is awesome. So we were in Maine, Charleston, Maine, and heading to Pennsylvania. And in the middle of the night the bus breaks down, and there’s a fire at the back of the bus. Now I work with young people that we rescue off the street. I care for about 40 of them full time. They were all on the bus with me and I pulled them off the bus and had them sit on the side of the road. And we have a fire extinguisher and didn’t know what to do. This guy just comes up, parks on the side of the road, takes this fire extinguisher, goes to the back of the bus, puts the fire out, gets back in his vehicle and takes off. Didn’t say a word to us. Didn’t say, are you okay, how are you doing, is everything good, what’s up, nothing. Just comes and put the fire out. And I’m sitting here, and I’m just watching it unfold, and my mind has been blown away. I know God sent that angel to take care of us that day.
SID: I have to find out. The young kids, what impact did that have on them? Did they realize it was angel?
EDDIE: Yeah. They all freaked out. They were like, what just happened
SID: You’d freak out, too
EDDIE: Yeah. It was absolutely amazing because none of us knew what to do. But there was just this peace from another world that came upon us when he showed up. There was no fear. It was just you knew God had come to rescue His kids
SID: Now many of your songs come from the supernatural like a dream. For instance, the song you’re about ready to hear came from a dream in which literally, I tell you, you’re going to hear Jesus sing over you.
EDDIE: [music, singing] I am Jehovah and I am your king. I am Messiah, I am the offering. I am your high priest and I am Christ. I am the Resurrection. I am the Light. Jesus said to me, he says, I’m everything you long for. I’m everything you need. I am. I am the bread and I am the wine. I am the future so leave your past behind. And I am the one and [unintelligible]. I am your jubilee. I am, oh yes I am. I’m everything you need today. Yes, I am. I am. [unintelligible] I am your [unintelligible]. I am your strength, your love, I am your [unintelligible]. Messiah. I am [unintelligible]. I am strength, I am faith, I am your freedom. I am hope, I am peace, I am [unintelligible]. I am strength, I am love, I am your freedom.
